2013-12-12 The relationship between a man who change the gender and the children who was provided by a third person is “father and child” by The Supreme Court's first decision.

Now I am writing some columns as the subtitle of "Calculation of marriage".

This is the latest one.

One after this month, I am going to write the difference between "pro forma marriage by law" and "de facto marriage".

The day before yesterday, a perfect Supreme Court ruling came out in order to explain the above difference.

The relationship between a man who change the gender and the children who was provided by a third person is “father and child” by The Supreme Court's first decision

This judgment has provided us with tremendous interesting three topics as follows.

(1)Legal position of the person who are GLBT persons after treatment

(2)Artificial insemination of using the sperm of a third person.

(3)Meaning of the father of Civil Code Article 772 of the "estimated" as a legal term

I am going to publish serially about the above topics, please look forward to reading my columns.

2014-12-12 I was not "axis of evil".

The US often imposes economic sanction against some countries that they regard as "axis of evil", and do asset freeze.

This means that the country's account in the US is frozen by the administrations, and their depositing and withdrawing become impossible.

Though we, ordinal people, cannot click with the terms, the impact of this sanction is bigger that we expect.

-----

When I finished my work in the US for two years, and went back to Japan, I was going to close my account before leaving for Japan.

But the banker told me that I have to submit the paper of

"Certification of not staying at the US"

This was a wonderful rule, I thought.

When I want to close the account, I was in the US. So I cannot close the account.

"You said that I have to take proceedings for electric fund transfer from Japan"

She said "Sure" with smiling.

-----

I felt miserable.

I have to try an English conversation to realize the transfer with calling her from Japan.

If I fail in the action, our little saving was going to be frozen in the US.

I was not "axis of evil".

So, what I did in the final week in the US, was

To try a simulation of the conversation about the transfer with the banker in advance.

I wrote my serif in a paper, and confirmed that she could understand what I wanted to say.

-----

"Not being loved by English" is a really tragedy that I have to give a morbid response.

2015-12-12 Nevertheless I love the scale.

Though there are three scales in my house, I use only the one of them.

Why do I do ?

The reason is that the scale can show me the smallest numeric of weight.

-----

The error ranges in 0.1kg at least.

In addition, I am a person in question who deny the existence of "stagnation period" and "rebounding" from the view of math and statistics.

Nevertheless I love the scale.

-----

The conclusions drawn from the above is clear.

We overwhelmingly love people or objects, that give us "gentle false" not "strict true".

So in my case I seldom say "strict true" to anyone in my office, even if I know that it is useful for them.

It become good for me to turn my work into lubrication with "gentle false".

-----

But the"strict true" is also used, thought it is extremely rate,

for my daughters

about what I thought I only had to tell you this

I am not interested in what happens to strangers and the children of others.

-----

By the way, you might tell the above story from your boss who says "it is for you" frequently.

Because they are not a person who show us "strict true", but just a liar.

2016-12-12 Such a poor editor who should have to control my radical description

Today, new my column is released, so I take a day off.

Let's turn the world by "Number" Accident resulting in injury or death (37) "

Let us know about an unusual height cost of 'one-under' by physics simulation

-----

The detailed and thorough description about injury physics simulation about "one-under", which had written in the draft version,

was deleted by Ms. Editor in the department.

Such a poor editor who should have to control my radical description

has existed.

2017-12-12 I also think that what people feel the phrase of "for shortage of research budgets / laboratory equipments".

(Continuation from yesterday)

In the category of the act of "play"

I wonder if purchasing Raspberry PI, parts of measurement sensors, and stepping motors at Akizuki shop, includes such things. (It is not enough for even 5,000 yen even if all this is combined).

-----

I think that the phrase of "for money to play" annoys people of the world.

On the other hand, the phrase of "for hardships of life" awaken people sympathy.

Then,

I also think that what people feel the phrase of "for shortage of research budgets / laboratory equipments".

As long as it is based on an individual's quest for inquiry, I think that it will become "for money to play" after all.

However, I think that it can be said that "for hardships of life" is not bad, because I want to make a preparation for the future research.

Anyway, it must be usually "misappropriation".

I know it well.

-----

I do not think people will understand it, however,

I surely believe that people of engineers and research workers can get "sympathy".

2018-12-12 The basic theory of diet is very simple.

This is a same theme of yesterday. When I was an teenager. I tried several crazy and fanatic diets.

(Here, "Diet" means "loss weight". The original meaning of "diet" is "diet therapy")

For example,

- Eating only sweet buns

- Eating only nattos

- Eating only apples

Looking down upon the above lists, I am likely to give weight to food restriction, not exercise. However, all of the trial were not effective.

-----

The other day, I got a mail from a high-school girl, and in the mail she proposed the new idea method of "eating only dislikable food".

At the moment I read the phrase, I think,

"Well, no way".

If even they are sweet buns, nattos, and dislikable food, it is not suitable as a diet method, at the moment of "eating process".

The basic theory of diet is very simple.

(1)Getting energy(calorie), and

(2)if you consume more than the calorie, you lose your weight.

(3)if you consume less than the calorie, you gain your weight.

That is all.

Based on this theory, it is good that "eating suitable mount of favorite food" is better that "eating only dislikable food". In addition, it will make you happy.

Set it aside.

(To be continued)

2019-12-12 "The guy who uses the word "sale country guy" is not only a low-skilled, but just an stupid"

"The guy who uses the word "sale country guy" is not only a low-skilled, but just an stupid"

This is my consistent way of thinking, since I was a child.

(1)Stupid in that the country is subject to personal transfer

(2)Stupid in that all or part of the country is something valuable to sell

(3)Stupid in that lack of expressiveness that can not attack the opponent without using the word "sale country guy"

I think them.

-----

I was impressed by the philosophy of the three major principles of the Paris Convention (here, the Paris Convention on the Protection of Industrial Property Rights: the Convention on the Protection of Industrial Property Rights (Patent Rights, Design Rights, Trademark Rights, etc.) concluded in 1883).

I was moved by the preamble to the Trips Convention, which advocated the protection of private rights to technology, international cooperation through technology, and international development.

I am an engineer who is proud of standing farthest from the notion of a "sale country guy".

2020-12-12 The replacement of fluorescent tubes in the kitchen with LED straight tube lights.

After replacing the fluorescent tubes in the kitchen, the lights no longer came on, and I considered that the ballast (starter) was apparently malfunctioning.

When we built this house, we didn't even have the idea of LED bulbs, and there was no such thing as a straight LED light to replace fluorescent tubes as we know them today.

I thought I would take this opportunity to change the circuit so that I could bypass (ignore) the starter and connect the LED straight tube light. To begin with, I don't know much about how fluorescent tubes and straight LED lights work (I couldn't find any information about them on the Internet).

So, this time, I used "Ohm Electric LED Fluorescent Lamp Straight Tube LED Lamp G13 40 Type Daylight Color Glow Only LDF40SS-D/17/23" to check it out.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ne2NLdvOvSI

How should I connect the LED straight tube light?

Now you have a rough idea of how to connect the wires.

When I inserted a flathead screwdriver into the red circle, the wires came off.

This is how the wiring is numbered (I looked up the specs on the internet to get an idea).

Change this to the following.

Before disconnecting the wires, tag the wires with their numbers.

Soldering was difficult this time, so I used this kind of joining tool to connect the wires. Insert the dynamic wire facing the outer sheath, and crush the metal part with pliers.

I connected the wires and checked the lights.

Now, the ballast (starter) is no longer needed. The standby power consumption will also be eliminated, which will save some power.

Note: If you reverse the direction of the LED straight tube light, it will short circuit. As you can see in the video, the reverse direction is because of a short circuit. You should put a fuse in the wiring (I just noticed this too, and I will take care of it later).

2021-12-12 "Father's financial strength and mother's madness" + "mother's running together" + "father's full operation of IT x OT technology"

Currently, the drama "February Winner" is on air (I am reading the free part in the comic).

With the catchy keywords "father's economic power and mother's madness," I hear that both the comic and the drama are doing well -- because I haven't seen them.

Oh, by the way, "Dragon Cherry Blossom" was also popular.

However, I don't know of any case where a student with hopeless grades was able to pass the entrance exam to Tokyo University after reading the Dragon Cherry Blossom drama or comics.

If you know of such a person, please let us know. I would love to interview them.

But that's beside the point.

-----

Our senior and junior daughters were both "February Winners".

This was the result of their own efforts and talent.

Of course, I think there was "father's economic power and mother's madness" in the back end, but there was other 'madness' as well.

Looking back, my daughters and wife were able to memorize the names of all the prefectural specialties, rivers, mountains and streams in Japan.

I had created my own content for text-to-speech software, and completed read-aloud audio content on politics, history, and science to get it into my daughters' heads.

We also introduced a profit-driven education system, in which my daughter was asked to memorize more than 500 historical timelines without looking at anything, and were given 50 yen for each day that she read out the entire timeline (the Ebata family called it "air").

We also had a plan to transport her to the entrance exam venue on the day of the exam.

"Father's financial strength and mother's madness" + "mother's running together" + "father's full operation of IT x OT technology"

And, well, I think that I could say that the Ebata family put in "all the madness" that they had at that time.

-----

However, thinking back, (I don't know about my wife) I don't think I was that enthusiastic about the exam.

To be honest, I even thought, 'Their (my daughters') school fees are an exploitation of my retirement funds.

Still, if you ask me why my husband and I are committed to the back end of our daughters' lives -- it's hard to put this into words.

"Because the exam is here"

I think this is the most accurate phrase.

2022-12-12 "I don't know what you're talking about".Tomizawa-san, the driver of the car, of the manzai group of Sandwich Man, responded.

It snowed in my city last night, but not heavily.

I didn't know that it was a big ski resort in the backwoods nearby (about 15 minutes away) , so I decided to going that.

I took the ski bus, which was going up an icy slope with an incline of 30 degrees, and I was so surprised that I asked the bus driver, "Are you okay?"

"I don't know what you're talking about"

Tomizawa-san, the driver of the car, of the manzai group of Sandwich Man, responded.

And then the bus arrived, and finally, the ski slopes came into view -- at the moment,

I woke up to my wife's call, "10 minutes later, my darling".

-----

I was supposed to drive to the station today for my wife, who was going on a two-day/one-night hot spring trip with my senior daughter.

While driving the car,

Ebata: "At least... at least I wanted to catch a glimpse of the slopes!"

When I was giggling and grumbling and resentful,

Wife: "Why don't you go home and sleep again?"

She said that.

I had to attend a remote meeting as soon as I got home.

-----

I am still dizzyingly busy with reports and presentations, so a trip to a hot spring is out of the question.

However, inwardly, I may have envied the "snowy hot springs" so much that I had strange dreams.

2023-12-12 Daughter: "I want to keep a dog, but it is too much trouble to walk and feed it, so I want (me) to do it. So, please take care of it."

It may come as a surprise to you, but I like animals, especially dogs and cats.

When I was a child, our family at that time took care of the "end" of our dog and cat, who were like family members.

I knew the phenomenon of "crying so hard you spit up blood" from Miyuki Nakajima's song, but I was honestly surprised to learn that "it was in me.

When my parents died, I did not grieve as much.

My father said the same thing when my grandmother died.

I thought, 'We are Parents and children.'

-----

After all, at my parents' funeral, I even joined my relatives at the wake and laughed at their memories of the deceased -- both my father and mother had a life full of stories.

Me: "Well, a wake is a lot of fun because there are hidden stories (quite amazing stories) about the deceased that the children don't know."

Wife: "No, I don't. I think 'your parent's life is just too peculiar.'"

Me: "Really?"

Aside from that.

-----

I still vividly remember the death of my pet, and after that, I couldn't bring myself to get a dog or cat.

Still, I was willing to 'give in' and allow my daughters to own it if desired.

I was expecting to walk with my daughter with the dog in her arms at sunset and say the classic line, "You're going to have to take care of him all by yourself" --

Daughter: "I want to keep a dog, but it is too much trouble to walk and feed it, so I want (me) to do it. So, please take care of it."

Thus, my daughter said such dumb things, and naturally, I kicked her proposal.
