Let go back to the board,

If we can define the "painless endoscopy" equals "painful end-of-life care", and

I cannot reject the transition from life to death at zero hour on my in my intention.

To tell you the truth, it is welcome.

For me,

"A great deal of pleasure is coming in return for a great deal of suffering" (by Mr.Katsura trainer in the comic "aim for your ace")

is inferior to

"Living a mediocre life in return for rejecting all kinds of suffering".

I think that the latter life is more valuable than the former.

However, my opinion like above is few, and the sound is small.

There are a lot of guy who want to talk about their past pain and present philosophy in the world.

"How awful they are?"

What is wrong about painless life?

If they love their pain so much, you enjoy them by themselves.

I don't want to be enforced their own masochistic behaviour.

Because they annoy me.

There is a research of "People who have no friend, is like to become death in early life".

When I bought a sound amplifying module made in China from Amazon by 300Yen, I was surprised to hear the sound from speakers.

The sound quality is enough for me.

I know I can get long Ethernet cables and some mounts of devices, however, I was surprised to know that I can also get wood screws pin nails and AC cable lines from Amazon.

Thanks to the Internet mail order, I am able to complete all of the preparation without going to Akihabara and DIY shops.

It seems to be difficult to purchase screws and brackets without watching and touching actual things, however, I believe that this problem is going to be resolved by using a 3D printer in the "three-dimensional printing" at home.

When I went to a barbershop during the period of 2002 FIFA World Cup Korea/Japan, the haairdresser started to chat with me,

"It was a great goal of Japan team at last night game wasn't it?"

After that, the talk was stopped and we kept silent.

When I went to the NHK's facility to get some materials, the elderly gentleman said something to me in the restroom,

"Well, "Rakuten" did it"

For the first second, I couldn't understand what he was saying, and for the next second, I could understand it, and the last second, I shut the tallk.

"I am not interested in baseball at all"

I saw the man looked uncomfortable, and I felt sorry for him.

It is easier for me to understand any English conversation than gossip items of entertainment world.

My this thoroughgoing isolationism is one of the reasons why I cannot be promoted in my company for my age.

I also know that it is important to have common popular topics for majority of people, in order to keep good relationships in the world.

So I had made efforts for them before.

I had tried to learn the names of football, baseball teams and the player by heart,

However, it had been in vain.

For me, it is easier to learn the year that Chengjisi Han's son or grandchild started to make inroads into Europe or East-Asia than above with my daughter's homework.

After all, I could re-confirm that "For human beings, it is difficult to learn anything that we feel difficult.

Even if I don't share interest of others, my life is enough fun with just my interest.

Now I am researching to make a home server whose cost is lower than 500yen and power is less than 1W.

Given the cost and time that I should spend, it might be cheaper to buy a normal server machine for my home.

However, that might be how it is.

cheering or cursing irrelevant teams or persons,

making a system construction with leaving the cost out of consideration,

both are folly and meaningless.

It is Nancy who should make an effort to argue TOM down, and

Tom doesn't have to make an effort for Nancy's argument.

According to a legal parlance,

"Burden of proof" is generated by the side that needs the profit.

"If you want to enforce your policy to others, you should make an effort to realize it."

The other day, I read a comment, that there was a meeting of foster parent(FP) of cats that rejects to join single men, and a person (maybe "male") became resentful.

In this case, the promoter seemed to reject joining a single man with reasons of luck of cat management (or abuse intention to meet a single woman (just my estimation, though)).

This man seemed to claim

"The promoter should show me the data that a single man lacks the management capability of cat management."

and,

to tell you the truth, I can understand his anger deeply, however,

in this case, it is reasonable that the man who get angry,

"should show the promoter the data that a single man doesn't lack the management capability of cat management."

and argue against the meeting policies(even if he really want to do it).

This is a simple and basic example of "burden of proof".

Well, I don't think that we should think a severe case like the above, however,

I am afraid that it is a serious problem that the principle of

"The person who want to get a profit, should make an effort"

is not unrecognized enough in compulsory education of Japan.

It means,

If you become a victim of crime,

(1)the victimizer doesn't need any burden of proof of innocence.

and,

(2)the victim needs all burden of proof of the guilty.

If we don't know the principle correctly, it is difficult to make the victimizer guilty.

I don't want to talk about the following example "raping incident", however,

the victim should

pick the body fluids of the victimizer, and preserve it.

take a picture as is, and show your figure to others as a witness.

call the police as soon as possible( even it is painful to death)

If you hope to conceal the incident from others, you can keep it secret(an offense subject to prosecution on complaint)

However, if you cannot save anything of evidence, the court dismiss the suit of yours flattery, and the victimizer come to be acquitted of a charge.

"Burden of proof of guilty" is on the side of victim, and "burden of proof of innocence" is not on the side of victimizer.

For example, if I get sued from an unknown woman who said

In addition, when I am ordered by a person to

prove an alibi of mine,

prove my lack of sexual potency with submitting a medical prescription of ED, for example,

to claim my innocence objectively,

I will get mad with the person absolutely.

I am making an effort with using number(programming, statistic, and calculation)

I believe that I really make great effort.

Because I am a mathematical research engineer that use a lot of number or program everyday.

If you are not a engineer, it might be a kind of "violence" to ask you to behave like me.

Today, I came back home early being in bad condition. When I am in my room, my phone rang.

It was the "rude junior fellow" who gave me the comment of my column's appendix every month.

Now my column is constructed by the following two parts.

As the former, I make a column including a lot of boastful messages.

As the latter, the "rude junior fellow" make fun of the messages thoroughly.

This pattern becomes a sort of standard, beyond the reach of my intention,

like the television drama "Mito-Koumon".

After talking to him, when I went down to the living room, my junior daughter asked me,

"About your work?"

"No. I was given some comment from the "rude coworker"

she showed her surprised face, and said

"Has the rude coworker existed? "

Yes. I understand what she feels.

It might be hard to make a image of "the rude coworker" for anyone, however, he has existed absolutely.

The other day, I acted as master of ceremonies of my ex-boss 60th birthday.

Basically, I like better to act the master, than to just drink and have a dinner at a table. so I don't feel nervous about the task.

Ebata:"For example, I will say naturally, "Now I am coming to this hall. Everyone, please welcome me in a grand applause" talking with a microphone."

Ebata:"Even bouquet presentation, I could act as both the person who give the bouquet and who is give the the bouquet at the same time"

JF:"...."

Ebata:"Understood? if so, go far away soon."

The other day, I wrote that I had been to my wife's country house in Kagoshima prefecture to install the home security system (presented by me).

Before flying to Kagoshima, I have installed "The Kagoshima system" in my house, and tried to check the system beforehand.

"It is system that cannot run in the field, in spite of prefect preparation."

I have experimented a lot of the above case for my engineer life.

On the other hand, I started the Ebata's Home security system, too with fully functions,

in order to check the difference between "Kagoshima System" and "The Ebata's System".

I tried to restart a monitoring device, left alone outdoor nearly three years.

I have disconnected the device from the network, because I thought it doesn't work well naturally.

However, when I connected it to a host computer with the network, the red LED started blinking and changed green soon, that meant "reboot completion", so I was really surprised to watch it.

When I checked the system status from the host computer, I could find a device not to see usually.

I sent a control message to the device,

The device answered.

Accurately, regularly, same as three years ago.

The device that has been getting data as a stand-alone mode far from the network, without access from anyone for three years.

It has kept the last command I ordered three years ago, for three years.

even if when it was typhoon days, heavy snow days, burning days, and freezing days, it has eagerly concentrated on sending the data, nobody didn't watch.
