However, the publishing company cannot make such a budget. I also think that "giving the readers up" is correct.

This morning, an approximate sixth grade elementary school girl and her parents came in my commute train.

After that, I went to a convenience store, and send a fax of the guardian’s picking up area to my wife.

When I came to start to my office, I watched

"A girl who run alone to the school gate"

I could confirm that she was a student of the examination.

I also started running after 50 meters of her.

If the girl was rejected entering the examination site, I would pretend her guardian and try to kneel on the ground.

When the girl run through the gate where nobody was, I watched that a female teacher caught her in her arm, and tried to follow her to the place.

I gave a sigh of relief to watch the scene.

In spite of it, I walked around the gate for about ten minutes. After all, I judged that there were not students any more, I departed from the school.

Though there are few chance, the change is going to decide the direction of our life --- Entrance examination.

In order to take the examination, we have to study hard for a long time, increase our academic ability. And another thing, we also have to maintain bodily functions at the last days.

Above all, I have to arrive at the place of the examination to take it.

What I am going to do as a guardian is only "take my daughter as an examinee to the place in good condition"

As the examination day approached, my strain gradually increased.

The first pending problem I thought was "snow".

The public transportation system in Kanto-area is very weak against snow. The system become broken easier by a few centimeters deep.

However, a weather forecast will help us to prepare to some extent.

It is "accident resulting in injury or death", that I can never control.

I cannot predict when and where the accident happens, and estimate the extent of the impact in real time.

Even if we start the departure earlier, there is no guarantee to get the evasion route immediately.

In addition, most examination schools decide the deadline against both natural and man-made disaster in advance, and don't consider the scale of the accident.

The limit time is almost 30 minutes, that means to be able to let them put in the place, not to shift the time table of the examination.

In short, they say "try to solve a test for 60 min. for only 30 min."

Most examination schools is supposed to handle with saying

"Bad luck"

Firstly, I traced routes of transportation from the home to an examination school with a highlighter. After I decided a main route temporally, I tried to simulate some accidents resulting in injury or death, on the map.

I discarded the case of more than two accident simultaneously because of the low probability. I could not make a strategy.

The problem was a time lag from the accident to giving me the precise information. If I missed an initial action, I could not expect the arrival on time by the alternative route.

However, empirically, I know that railroad companies cannot give us a precise report just after the accident, and they cannot open an alternative route immediately.

Though Twitter is good as a real-time information resource, it was not useful in this case because of the time of early morning. Youngers didn't use the smartphone in that time.

"No use. It is difficult for me to judge the whole situation, riding on trains"

I thought that I had to grape the whole situation from the outside as a third person.

In addition, even if I could observe the situation from the outside, I had to use a car in order to escape from the accident.

Generally speaking, the answer was using a taxi. But many examiner and the guardians came to pour to taxi stop. To begin with, the case became to worse, because I could not predict the time of both the departure and arrival.

"How about my private car?"

Secondly, I traced routes of main roads from the home to the examination school with a highlighter.

However, thinking about accidents and traffic jams, it became to be worse than using trains. Because there were no alternative way against the accidents, like flat tire.

I got the route information from my car navigation system and went ahead through the complicated small road. It was three minutes later in the time of the train arrival station near the school.

This strategy had a point that two operations work simultaneously.

That meant that both my daughter and wife went to the examination place by trains, and I run with the trains by my private car at the same time.

The aim of this strategy was

"Wherever and whenever the trains stop, I can pick them up at the nearest station within 10 minutes by my car."

But it was difficult in fact.

Needless to say that, the speed of trains is faster than that of cars, and there are not necessarily roads near the lines of train. If I approach the trains too much, I cannot arrive at the target station on time. If I get away from trains, I am going to lose the purpose of this strategy.

However, I thought that there is a significance to try this strategy.

Without mentioning about physical effect, I thought that the mental effect will be expected.

If a train accident occurs, both a student and the guardian are going to be panic.

It must be difficult for them to think of a new route into a state of panic. Especially they become nerve if they could catch a taxi.

This strategy will give them a great relief, because a rescue vehicle always runs close to them.

I regarded these two operations as two systems.

This is called "Dual system". The whole system reliability becomes high by the two same system that work simultaneously

I tried to search for the original developer of the source code, and I knew that the source code had been provided from Germany, that was famous of "Industrie 4.0".

I thought, "that makes sense"

was, of course, to had become conspicuous fascism.

Firstly, I contacted a company in Germany, whose name had written in source code, and they responded me that this program had already been transferred to the other organization.

I could hear from him about some miscellaneous talk, for example, this program had been developed for his private motivation.
