In China, there is no concept of "Extracurricular activity in junior-high / high school" and Chinese people grasp that it is a kind of fiction or fancy dream.

I was moved to hear the story with thinking "different culture".

But I kept crack down on student's free expressions (hair style, clothes, others) as a member of student government.

Now, I keep crack down on coworkers to enforce to company rules("5S", etc) as a member of safety and health committee.
