There is an extreme event "business presentation of trainee in two year" in my company.

This "extreme" means that instructors, managers, and general managers assist the rookies of the second year, and all of executive directors attend the event.

In my case, I had been ordered to rewrite reports and presentation materials by them, and I have almost been broken physically and mentally.

Among them, the worst in the lowest was an inconsistent hierarchy.

The instructors, managers, and general managers issue the contradict order to the rookies, and parts of them tries to ignore the principle on purpose and never permit the modification.

Each supervisor acts for their merit with using week rookies.

Of course, this is a rule violation of the company, so rookies could stop the contradict order. If they do it, the human relationships are absolutely broken, because,

The rookies are about to daub boss’s face with mud.

The rookies take courage to do it. In fact they need madness.

Additionally, the executive enforce them to change the concept of the almost completed presentation before a few days.

For example, "the term of "Global" should be added in all presentation material"

Of course, the flow of presentation is going to be destroyed. Rookies become nervous and continue to fall in sick in sequence.

I always have been claimed to be consistent since joining company.

To begin with, this event doesn't generate merit but demerit. I had wanted to calculate it.

I used to seriously think that I was going to expose the result at the shareholders' meeting
