I think that I know well that any privacy is abused by power easily,
I can say with certainty that there is no "balanced open and use of privacy" in the world.
If privacy is acquirable, it become absolutely acquired, used (abused) by anyone.
But in my opinion, even if you look me as a paradox, I don't think "any privacy is important at all cost".
I don't take care of other's privacy at all, even if it is needed from the viewpoint of my merits(safe and relief, for example).
Moreover I also have no intention to fight power about even violation of my privacy.
Once if power is coming to hit, I can back to the kennel with raising the cry.
That's aside,

I am a engineer who had been studying location based service(LBS) with GPS and other devices, and I can support that the LBS service is used for suppression of crime.
(In this case, "crime" is misconduct on the current criminal law)
However, even I feel a sense of discomfort about the judgement in this time.
In ruling contesting the illegality about "the police were tailing with a GPS in the car of the suspect (without the letter of the court)".
The court has made a ruling that "there is no serious illegality"
