Above all, ramen is a system that is compose of several subsystems, like soup, noddle, and other foods.

If ramen is a system, we can use system approach to the ramen.

I have wondered why craftworkeds cannot understand this self-evident fact in Japan.

On the other hand, in medieval history, the same system had be completed, called "guild".

The purpose of "guild" is, on one phrase, "imparting their skill to successors as efficiently as possible, in order to protect the profit margins.

The characteristics of the patrimony were fast, speedy and short period, and it is a asset of each guild.

In the guild world, there might be "dish-washing" or "swabbing the desk" during the period of newcomer, however there was absolutely no stupid training method like, "do not teach the technology itself" (for example, "steal it by you eyes"),
