2018-04-05 "No one can annoyed by analog" [長年日記]

(Continuation from yesterday)

On the other hand "neighborhood association (NA)" and "IT" are incompatible awfully.

Because NA cannot "discard the 40% persons" by nature.

Significance of existence of NA, is to provide local residents with "voluntary" and "equal" services.

And there is nothing more annoying than

"Noone can annoyed by analog"

In short, even by current analog managements and services, all local residents can get get and provide current services.

However, from the viewpoint of "digital native", analog managements spend much money and time is inefficiently, the motivation is going down dynamically.

Now, many residents is leaving the association because of being out of conceit with this inefficient.

Let us show the example as follow.

(1)Receptionist of community hall on every Sunday

-> the task will be lost by Web service.

(2)Regular meeting in the weekend holiday

-> The tasks are also lost by mailing-list and tele-conference system.

(3)Circulation board

-> No cost and no delay by Web

drinking party, e.t.c.

Any "digital native" (at least, I) will get angry if the valuable weekend time of mine is spent.

(Especially, these outrage me, as a weekend engineer and writer)
