適当に展開(ここでは、C:\Users\yrl-user\Downloads\slaveeditor-win32.win32.x86_64とした)
 
(Step.3)eclipsec.exeすると、"EtherCAT Slave Editor"が立ち上がる
 
(Step.4)後は、"http://download.rt-labs.com/ethercat/slaveeditor/ethercat_slaveeditor_howto.pdf"の
解説書通りのことをやる
