記事か見出しだけで、新聞を判別できるだろうか？、という、研究的な興味が湧いてきて、ちょっと書き下してみました。

■読売新聞・・・「ということにすべきである」

基本的には保守で、時々空気を読まない(KY)記事が登場する。

先日、「我が国はプロトニウム最大所有国で、核保有国と同等の軍事脅威を持っている」という社説で、日本中から「それを言っちゃあ、おしまいだろう」と突っ込まれていた。

■朝日新聞・・・「ということに対して、我々はいかに考えていくべきであろうか」

インテリ風の教師が生徒に考えさせる風の「上から目線」記事が、タカビーで「ムカッ」とくる。結論を明確にしない記事(新入社員が最初にやるプレゼンで、要旨不明で上司に怒鳴られるような内容)が多い。

■毎日新聞・・・「という国民の民意を政府は反映すべきだ」

「政府は国民の意見を全て無視して、独断先行している」という内容なら、まず間違いない。平易な文章として記載しているのは、努力しているからと評価したい(記者の知的レベルが低い訳ではないだろう)

■日経新聞・・・「という39%のデータより、株価の水準が・・・」

「数字が真実」であり、「堅調な経済が正義」である、という、一番解りやすい方針を、一番解り難く説明する記事が特徴(数字の意味の理解が難しい)

■産経新聞・・・「というように集団自衛権の行使は・・・」

保守バンザイ。「基本的に政府の方針は間違っていないぞ」の論調なら、まず間違いない。

■赤旗新聞・・・「というような、我々の生活を破壊する消費税は許せない」

基本的に国民が嫌がりそうな事件(増税等)の記事が多いが、その場しのぎで、事件の全体感が見えない。特に桁の多い数値を扱う記事については、絶望的にダメ。電卓やセクセルを扱える記者がいないと見た。

■聖教新聞・・・「創立80周年の大勝利万歳！」

基本的に「恐い」。『大勝利万歳！』が一面トップに出てくると、<北>を彷彿してしまう。もしかしたら「聖教新聞」という名前の、別の雑誌名なのかもしれない。

その他、前進(中核派機関紙)とか、解放(革マル派機関誌)も調べたのだけど、Googleの画像検索ですら発見できなかった。

# 過激で訳が分からない見出しが印象的だったんだけどなー。

なんとか思い出してみよう。

「階級的闘争を経て、米帝の体制的な行きづまりと日帝侵略戦争の帝国主義打倒粉砕へ全人民的怒りを結集せよ」

うーん、覚えている単語を並べただけだけど、それらしい見出しになりました。

また、暇を見つけて、調べてみます。

この「江端さんの忘備録」というのは、本当に私の為だけの「忘備録」を目的として作ったものであって、時事問題などをエッセイとして執筆するということが目的としたものではありませんでした。

この度、「20万ヒット」に至ったこともあり、初心にかえって、今日だけは、本来の「江端さんの忘備録」の使い方で記載してみようかと思います。

間違っているかもしれないが、記録として残しておく。

GPSの信号をダウンコンバーティングした中心周波数を4.092MHzとして、サンプリング周波数を4倍の16.368MHzとした場合(原則としては2倍以上であれば中心周波数は担保できる)として、変動周波数が、±6KHz程度であるとすると、

4092000 ± 6 kHz くらいだから、十分役に立つのである。

(ただ、これはダウンコンバート後だから、実際は、1575.42MHz / 4.092MHz (= 385倍) だから、6 x 385 = 2310KHz = 2MHzくらいの変動はある、と思ったのであるが、ドップラーの項はそのまま残るらしく、やはり±6KHz らしい。

私自身が読んでいて、楽しくない。

私は、まだ見にいっていないのですが、ディズニー映画の「アナと雪の女王」は大変素晴しい映画と聞いております。

我が家での「アナ」ブームが凄いことになっています。

長女は、すでに2回(4回という説もある) 見に行っていますし、嫁は苦しい家計の中から、サウンドトラックのデラックス版CDの購入に踏みきりました。

家の中でも「アナ」、車に乗っても「アナ」、日本語も英語も「アナ」「アナ」「アナ」です。

有名なところでは、小惑星探査機「はやぶさ」を模した擬人化イラストやマンガ。

As a famous personification, the illustration or comic of asteroid spacecraft "Hayabusa".

商品パッケージにも、いわゆる「萌え絵」といわれるものが積極的に採用されていますし、「日本鬼子」(日本人に対する蔑称)を、可愛い女性のイラストに可換したものまであります。

About product package, "Moe-e" that is a pictures of cute, young female characters, become to be used positively, the word of "Nihon-Oniko"(disparaging terms for Japanese) become to be changed into a cute girls.

以前の私であれば、これらのイラストを忌避していたかもしれません。

I had might been away from these illustrations before.

それに、全ての人の心に、このようなイラストがヒットするという訳でもないと思います。

I don't think that these illustrations hit hearts of all people.

しかし、それらのパッケージのイラストによって、売上が伸びている事実は、否定しようがありません。

But we don't deny the fact that the sales come to increase by these illustrations.

「萌え絵」そのものではなく、そのようなイラストを使ってまでも商品コンセプトを伝えたいという『気合い』が、高く評価されているのだろうと思うのです。

I think that the spirits of hope to bring the product concept to consumers by the illustrations, have been valued, not "Moe-e" itself.

消費電力や制御システムのコンセプトビークルとして、「メイドとご主人様」を使っている技術コラムは、使っていないコラムよりは、ずっと読みやすい

The technical columns, including "maids and master" as a vehicle concept of electric power and control system, is easier to read than not including them.

―― と信じています。

小学生の娘にゲーム理論を教える前には「マンガでわかるゲーム理論」という本を手渡しましたし、職場の自分の席から「マンガでわかる統計学」という本も見えます。

Before teaching my daughter "game theory", I gave her a book whose title was "games theory to understand by comics" and I can find a book whose title is "statistic to understand by comic".

こういう風潮に、眉をひそめる人もいるのかもしれませんが、私は、

Some people might frown on these trend, however, I think

「目的を達成する為には、どのような手段だって試みるべきだ」

"Any method is good, as long as we achieve a target"

と思っていますので、工学・理学分野に、擬人化イラストを導入することを全く否みません。むしろ推奨します。

So I don't deny to use personification illustration into science and industry fields. If anything, I recommend it.

私は、査読付き論文や、特許明細書の実施例に、「萌え絵」が掲載される日を、心から楽しみに待っているのです。

I am looking forward to watching "Moe-e" in reviewed papers and patent applications.

ということを、きちんと理解していないと、加害者が簡単に無罪になることを知らない人が多い様に思うからです。

If we don't know the principle correctly, it is difficult to make the victimizer guilty.

本当に、えげつなくて、嫌な話ですが、例えば、レイプの被害にあった場合、

しかし、もし、何も証拠を残していなければ、訴えを提起しても、何もできないまま、そのレイプの加害者は無罪放免になります。

However, if you cannot save anything of evidence, the court dismiss the suit of yours flattery, and the victimizer come to be acquitted of a charge.

「有罪の立証責任」は、被害者のあなたの側にあり、加害者には「無罪の立証責任」はないのです。

"Burden of proof of guilty" is on the side of victim, and "burden of proof of innocence" is not on the side of victimizer.

「孤独のグルメ」とは違うカテゴリかとは思うのですが、私は、「深夜食堂」という番組も好きです。

I love not only a TV drama "Lonely gourmet" but also "Late night cafeteria".(... "cafeteria?" .. I felt bad, so I am going to use "Late night diner")

その食堂は、カウンター数席だけの小さな食堂で、夜の12時から営業を開始して、朝7時ごろまで営業します。

This diner is small, including several seats in the counter. It opens at 12 o'clock in the evening and closes at around 7 o'clock in the morning.

メニューは豚汁定食、ビール、酒、焼酎だけ。

The menus are only pork soup set meal, beer, liquor, shochu.

後は、お客の要求に応じられるものであれば、その場で調理する。お客が食材を差し入れて、料理を頼むこともできる

最近仕事でdockerを使っているのですが、実際のところ、先方の指示書通りの内容をやっているだけで、私自身は、dockerそのものについては、よく理解できていませんでした。

ところが、dockerについては、不思議なことに、私が理解できるような入門書がないのです。

ところが、ここ数日間、あるプログラムの実行環境を構築する必要に迫られおり、かつ、失敗を続けてきました。

そして、誰かが作ってくれた環境をパクるために、つまり、dockerを使って「ラクをする」ために、「酷い苦労」をしています。

と思いながら、このマンガのキャラクターの指示する通りに、コマンドを入力を試しし続けていました。

While thinking, I continued trying to enter the command as directed by this cartoon character.

ただ、この本が想定する環境と、私の環境は若干違うようで、少々苦労していますが、他の本に比べると、格段に理解しやすいです。

The environment assumed by this book and my environment seem to be slightly different, so I have a little hardship. However, compared to other books, it is much easier to understand.

最近のテレビのバラエティ番組は、出演者がリモートからのアクセスしても違和感を感じない程度まで、品質が向上しています。

このようなシステムは、20年以上も前に提案されていましたが、今回のコロナ禍中で、各社、わずか2ヶ月でシステムを構築してしまいました。

Such a system was proposed more than 20 years ago, however, during this corona disaster, the TV companies built their systems in just two months.

非常に興味深いことは、最初は稚拙な映像しか表示されなかったのが、日に日に、品質が向上してきている、ということです。

昔は、これらの資料を、ペンキ用の缶を使って、庭で燃やしていたのですが、最近は、ご近所への迷惑も鑑みて止めています。

まあ、焼却処理は面倒くさいですしね。

なので、最近は、『2つのゴミ箱』というやり方で、廃棄処理をしています。

So, recently, I have been using the "two trash cans" method of disposal.

用途を終えた書類は、その場で、手で、可能なかぎり細かく破り、左手に残ったものは左のゴミ箱へ、右手に残ったものは右のゴミ箱に捨てる、という単純な方法です。

It's as simple as this: tear up the documents that have served their purpose as finely as possible on the spot, by hand, and throw what's left in your left hand into the left trash can, and what's left in your right hand into the right trash can.

で、そのゴミ箱のゴミは、別々のゴミ収集日に出す、というものです。

And the garbage from those garbage cans is put out on separate garbage collection days.

クレジットカードなどは、ICチップと名前とカード番号のところを、複数回ハサミで裁断する、という配慮は必要ですが。

I carried them in my backpack and side bag.

重かったです。

They were heavy.

体を痛めていたかもしれません。

They might have hurt my body.

まあ、私の場合、自業自得ですが。

In my case, I deserved it, though.

これだけの手段があります。

というか、ペーパーレスの時代にあって、プログラミング教育が施行されていて、『子供に重い教科書を運ばせ続ける』ことに対して、対策が取られていないことに、唖然としています。

しかし、この『後進性』こそが、この政党、いや、この国の政治の真髄なのかもしれません。

But this 'backwardness' may be the essence of politics in this party or country.
