So I am asked to keep safety of my office, even if they are food in the shared refrigerator.

I have to complete the mission against risks of my life, because it is my task.

危険な食料は除去するか、あるいは、自らが実験台になって、その食料の安全性を確認しなければなりません。

I have to remove dangerous food, or confirm their safety even if I have to be a testing bench.

大変辛い任務です。
