(Continuation from yesterday)
早朝の4時ごろに目を覚ましたので、風呂に入ってきたのですが、風呂の中でさえ、震えがきて、鳥肌が出てくるありさまでした。
About four in the early morning, I took a bath, but I felt cold and even in bathtub and goose pimples.
次の日は、出社を断念する旨、会社にメールして、その後は、狂ったようにに眠り捲りました。
I sent a mail to the office to take a day off, and I concentrate sleeping after that.
私、不眠症で、眠るのが上手くできない達ですが、こういう場合は力づくでも眠るに限ります。精神安定剤、睡眠導入剤、日本酒、ありとあらゆる手段で、自分を抑えつけて眠らせました。
I am a typical insomniac, however I know well that I have to sleep at any moment. So I take tranquilizer, sleeping pill and Japanese sake, and any other methods.
私だって、これが、正しい治療とは思えませんが、寝ることは重要ですし、苦しいと感じる時間が短かくなるのは嬉しいです。
Though I don't think that it is a right way, sleeping is important to cure cold and I am glad if the suffering time becomes shorter.

と言う訳で、一日の強制睡眠の結果、症状は収まりました。
After all, I could recover from the cold for one day,thanks to the enforcement sleeping.
熱もないことから、インフルエンザでないことは確定で、一日で収まったことから、風邪 ―― というよりは、疲れが出たのか ―― な、と思っています。
The fever has been in a day, so it was not the flu absolutely. I thought it might be my fatigue.
で、今朝出社する前に、朝食を用意してたところ、うっかりして、味噌汁を床にぶちまけてしまいました。
This morning, I squeezed miso-soup in the floor, during the breakfast, before leaving home.
かなり気分は滅入りましたが、それでも
