など、コンピュータでないと、到底さばき切れるものではありません。
It is, if not a computer, does not hardly able to control.
これらのシステムの中には、推論エンジンも入っていて、コンピュータの判断だけで動くものもあります。
Some of these systems, contain the reasoning engine, and can work by their judgements.
ただ、今のところ、どのシステムも「コンピュータが自分でルールを獲得して動き出す」という機能はないです。
But, I think that no system had functions that work base on their own rules at the present.
『コンピュータが何考えて動いているか』が分からないと、怖くて、システムを運用できないからです。
If the administrator of system don't know "what the computer is thinking", they will feel scary and cannot manage the system.

A representative SF book "two faces of the future" whose author is representative, shows the concrete image of "a computer that we cannot understand".

Certainly, I think that it was a story as follow.(please examine if you are interested in it).
(1)人間が、月面を整地する作業をコンピュータに命じた。
(1)A man ordered the work of leveling the surface of the moon to the computer.
(2)人間の作業見積期間は「6ヶ月」であったが、コンピュータは「15分」と算出した。

私は、その小説の中に出てくる、その後の会話のフレーズをよく覚えています。
I remember well the phrase of the conversation, after the above scene.
「そのコンピュータは、得意そうに業務終了報告をしたらしいぜ」
"The computer, seems to have been good likely to submit the final report of the accident"
