もっとも、その納期を守らせる為、また品質を達成する為に、「発注者」の方は、定期的なフォローをし、妥協点を見い出さなければならないのは当然ですし、

そして、「受注者」の方は、納期が守れそうにないと判断した場合は、納期の延期や、品質の低下などの条件変更など、早い段階でアラートを上げなければなりません。
