パワハラの加害者とならない、もっとも簡単な方法は、「パワーのある立場にならない」ことです。

パワハラを理解する為には、「パラハラの加害者としての自分」の認定から始めないとダメだと思うのです。
I think that we should specify that "I am a victimizer of power harassment" in order to understand power harassment.

私は、パラハラの被害者であるという認識もできますが、パワハラの加害者であったという認識もあります。
For me, I can look upon me as a victim, and I also can look upon me as a victimizer.
しかし ―― 問題はその比率です。
However, the problem is the ratio.
"99:1"くらいじゃないかな、と感じているのです。
I feel "99:1" as victim vs victimizer.
でも、客観的に考えれば、こんな比率はありえないことが分かります。
However, from the objective viewpoint, everyone can understand that the ratio is nonsense.
前述した通り、私達は、生きているだけでパワーを持ってしまう生き物なのです。

原則的には50:50のイーブン±15くらい(σ)となっていなければ、理屈にあいません。
In principle, "50:50 plus and minus 15 (one sigma)" will be reasonable.
パワハラの内容や、その人の性格や、生活環境、交友関係なども最大限考慮しても、2σが限度と思います。
Even if I think about "contents of power harassment", "personality", "living environment" and "association", two sigma will be the limit.
しかし、メディアに掲載されているパワハラの記事、相談などの件数などからも、このアンバランスは、著しいと言わざる得ません。
