ただ、私は、名前とは、商標の機能と同様に「自他商品識別機能」「出所混同防止機能」があれば良い、とは思っています。
However, I think that it is good if a name has the "own / other product identification function" and "source confusion prevention function" as well as the function of the trademark.
私には「名前が本人の"人格"を示す標識(マーク)」としての意識は「薄い」 ―― というか、はっきりいって「ない」です。
