時々、英語で文章を書かなければならないことがありますが、滅多に聞かない日本語を英語に変換する時に困ってしまいます。
Sometimes I have to write a sentence in English, however I have trouble converting infrequently used Japanese into English.
「行動変容」「忖度」「根回し」 ―― これらの日本語を、一発で英語に翻訳できる人がいたら、凄いと思います。
"Koudou Henyou","Sontaku" "Nemawashi" I think it would be great if someone could translate these Japanese words into English in one shot.
私の場合、こんな感じで翻訳しています(「根回し」を例に上げます)
In my case, this is how it translates (I'll use "Nemawashi" as an example)

ともあれ、私は、自分の選んだ用語が、ネイティブから「その用語は変だ」と言われても、動じません。
Anyway, I don't get upset when a native speaker tells me that my chosen term is odd to use that way.
