However children in school have chances to be given messages from head teachers in this period, from the opinions of my daughters,

There is still a head teacher who make student to be bored to death.

I don't know the reason why they could be the head teachers.

"What topics was he talking?"

"I didn't remember it at all"

So the head teacher’s speeches are not needed, because the student could not remember what they are talking.

-----

"The wonderful spring has come. Cherry-blossoms are full bloom, and the new green is easy for our eyes."

-> "Who don't know that?”

"I am sorry to be late, but I am a new head teacher in this school from the beginning of April."

-> "Same as the above"

"I want to make new school that anybody wants to go to school because there are your teachers and friends in our school"

-> "It is just "problem"."

"I want to establish new rules "greetings in advance", "polite phases" and "good posture"

-> "Is that your solution you think? Don't bullshit."

Even if they are junior school student, they might think above.

-----

As far as I know, the messages from head teachers are vacant. The above samples are just to declare their norm.

When I was a junior student, I wondered whether the head teacher could understand that their speech was attractive.

Bore, pain, long.

If a child becomes to develop anemia, it is absolutely "physical abuse of the child".

----

I want to say that you should think out for your speech.

For example, "Now I want to finish my speech within 60 seconds, so please watch the clock on the wall"

In principle, your talk must be a bore. It is inevitable. So I want to say again that you should think out for your speech.

It is April fool today, so I want to give you the following.

-----

It was me that the animation whose title is "Your lie in April" was checked and started recording.

After that, my family seemed to enjoy watching the animation.

But, for me, when the animation started, I went to my room soon, and stopped watching it before long.

-----

This animation had beautiful pictures and gave us wonderful piano and violin performances.

But I could not continue watching it, when the scene appeared "A boy who could not play the piano, even he had a tremendous talent. after his mother's death, and a girl who tried to make him return to the stage of piano recital"

In my memories, there were

A boss who enforced incredible mount of works on me, with saying "you can do it!"

A teacher who enforced impossible preferred school on me, with saying "you can aim high!"

Even if I remember it now, I feel anger as my body shakes.

For me, I could not possible put up with this heroin's attitude, because she looked like a education-minded mother who forced her expectation on her son.

-----

Well, anyway, I regretted intensely including all such measures.

It was the beautiful splendid work that all these foreshadowing were collected by the final episode.

(I had to start all reviewing from the final to the first, Like a Steins;Gate)

-----

I can complain and praise this animation with several words. But after all,

"The good thing is good"

そして、

and,

This animation is good absolutely.

Web browser is useful for us, because it works on any OS and PC environment. So it is almost certain that the graphics interfaces are going to be unified ... not have already been unified.

One of the method is to use the language "Java Script" that can draw figures and tables on Web browser.

In addition, there are a lot of rich libraries for beautiful figures, graphic and tables.

But I think that it is

"Annoying"

と。

-----

For me, some person who are not interested in beautiful drawings, just want to know the results of my simulation

It is enough for me to enable a conclusion to be drawn, and it is more helpful to be able to add the drawing coding in my simulation program.

-----

An original PC had just the drawing function of points and lines on the display of 640x 400 dots. and no multi-task and no multi-windows.

For the present view, it is undeliverable poor machine.

But it was useful for me to write source codes of both drawing and calculations at the same time in one way.

What I have to do is to just write lines and dots when the result is coming.

Of course, the readability of the code is the worst, however, at that time, there was no concept of "code sharing".

To begin with, PC (Personal Computer) should be free for each person, that means, "anybody can be allowed to write any type of codes."

A few days ago, I wrote in my diary that I had to start to study IME(Input Method Editor) of smart-phone.

After that, a reader of my diary gave me an advice to use "Data SIM" (Because I don't take care of voice communication)

Just before, I have submitted a contract about the cheapest smart-phone hardware and Data-SIM.

To begin with, I am aiming to writing my diary from a smart-phone within one year.

-----

Until now, I have not been able to do anything by a PC without a seat in commute train, however I will expect to write my diary or column by my smart-phone from now.

Will be it possible, however, to use a IME of a smart-phone, for me who could not satisfy even the input of cell-phone?

After abandoning the daughters' outsourcing, I think it is not big to that extent, if considering the effort to come to user illustration tools on my own,

Is it true ?

"Software program" has a merit that "If you code it with a smaller object, it moves as it is even if you enlarge the object".

So, for example, if you have five control targets and then extend it to hundreds of thousands, the program will work well in principle, however it is not always doing well.

If the target remains small, the effect can not be seen. However, if the target becomes larger, the effect often becomes beyond my predictions. This is a prominent phenomenon with big data or AI technology.

Then, I have to select one of the hundreds of thousands of objects and carefully track it.

However, just creating this new tracking program will need tremendous difficulty.

"Programs that do not move as expected" are truly scary things that can not be compared.

And, I was really exhausted with such a program.

-----

One day I said, "I was exhausted from the bottom of my heart", I told my daughters

"Okay? my children. Do not try to do more than your own ability"

"Set the upper limit of you at 80% of your ability"

"Even if your ability is "assessed low", what's the matter? "

"Even though you can think "Yes, I can", you should have a courage to insist "No I can't". This is a tip for your good life"

-----

The girls saw their exhausted father with warm eyes and said,

"We understood, Papa. We will never "challenge", so please be relieved."

(Continuation from yesterday)

After the play, I exchanged impressions with my family. When I said

Ebata:"Hiroin's character was overstressed"

However, my wife and daughter claimed strongly that

"No way. I would be rather "weak". It was a restrained play"

"The bulky two-volume work has been packed in the two hours playing"

They praised the scenario of playing.

As I recall, I remember that I had same impression about "Golden Slumber" two years back.

-----

How to enjoy "secondary works" is case-by-case. "read it before" is good for someone, or "read it after" is good for others

Bursting into the talk about animation, in this quarter, I have not read the original work of "Miss Kaguya the love war" and "promised never-land" I wrote before.

Especially, "promised never-land" was an amazing master-piece animation I have never seen (Congratulations for the second season)

On the other hand, some readers seem to complain the animation of "promised never-land".

However, since I have not read them at all, I could enjoy the animation with unspeakable impressions.

-----

Whichever it is "read it before" or "read it after", both an original work and a secondary work are full-fledged works(However, there is a relation between master and servant of copyright)。

Whether it is an animation or an live-action, each of work has many people's efforts and times speculatively.

Needless to say there is no problem to criticize the works.

However, for a person who agitates for anti-live action about "second works" (especially in animation → live-action), which have not been completed yet,

I give up my effort to know that person, and I have decided to just say to them

"Idiot"

People who write "I could understand it well. Read this in detail" on SNS, etc.,

probably could not understand it well.

"There is a phrase that "humans can understand when they can explain", however, "

私は、

I think

"Humans want to talk to someone when they can explain, even if it's annoying."

-----

私、

I read the presentation sheets whose title is

"The Concept of measures for COVID-19"

Finally, I understood the significance of the "cluster" and its "eradication strategy"

So please read this in detail"

(The end)

-----

Well, if I keep it as it is (end), I will try to explain it because someone is likely to be beaten (I have about 2 people).

In conclusion, the new coronavirus is an abnormal virus.

-----

Basically, the basic reproduction factor (R0) is simply "how many infected people from one person."

R0 = 2 なら、「1人の感染者から、平均2人の感染者が発生する」になり、いずれパンデミック(制御不能)になります。

If R0 = 2, then "one infected person produces an average of two infected people" and eventually a pandemic (out of control) occurs.

R0 = 1 なら、「1人の感染者から、平均1人の感染者が発生する」になり、流行にはなりませんが、撲滅もしません。

If R0 = 1, then "one infected person produces an average of one infected person", which is not an pandemic but does not eradicate.

R0 = 0.5 なら、「1人の感染者から、平均0.5人の感染者が発生する」になり、撲滅します。

If R0 = 0.5, "one infected person will produce an average of 0.5 infected people" which eradicates.

So, we will lose control if R0 > 1, however it is said that the new coronavirus is about R0 = 2.5.

Then, isn't it already finished? ―― you may think, but here the "new coronavirus is abnormal" comes into effect.

In conclusion, the new coronavirus is hardly infected on an individual basis

-----

(This only explains the contents of the material) If there are five infected people, A, B, C, D, E(Ebata),

There is a tendency that "Only E (Ebata) will infect 12 people at a stretch" even though no secondary infection has occurred from A, B, C, D.

In other words, the new coronavirus has the characteristic of a valet, saying, "they are not interested in small infecting, but they love mass infecting very much"

The result of this “mass infection” is a “cluster”.

In other words, even if we ignore "small Infection", if we completely manage the "mass infection" cluster and continue to destroy each one, we can bring it to R0 <1.

Mr. Kaoru Manabe, Director of the Health and Welfare Bureau for the Elderly, who hosted a late-night farewell party for 23 people during the period of self-restraint on eating out, was given a disciplinary action of one tenth of a pay cut (one month) and transferred to the Cabinet Secretariat on the same day. This is a de facto removal from the post.

- Disciplinary action: Reduction of wages by one-tenth (one month)

Yeah, I can see this. In short, it's a monetary penalty (fine).

- Personnel to be transferred to the Cabinet Secretariat

I don't really understand the meaning of this personnel action. Can someone please tell me?

-----

I would like to know, from the viewpoint of

(1) Impact on the "individual" who will be punished

(2) Impact on the "organization" being punished

(3) Relevance to the "degree of public acceptance" of the disposition

objectively -- quantitatively if possible (numbers, etc.) -- the "Personnel to be transferred to the Cabinet Secretariat".

I don't want to be extravagant, but I would appreciate it if you could provide me with as much information as possible that is not subjective (I'm not really interested in personal opinions).

The information you give me will be edited by me and published on this blog, with your personal information completely hidden.

This case is being played out in terms of "common sense", "negligence", "morality", and "literacy" -- we will eventually forget this case. Absolutely.

Therefore, I believe that

"this issue should not be closed with mere criticism or emotion"

If it is a beta world line, it "converges" to a future in which World War III occurs, and if it is an alpha world war, it "converges" to a dystopia.

The future of World War III is prevented when Rintaro Okabe reaches the Steins;Gate world line, where there is no such "convergence" at all.

Aside from that.

-----

Now, in the real world, we are on the verge of a serious World War III.

So far, humanity has fought two world wars.

And if we start another war for the third time because of the "egos of the great powers," we human beings will inevitably be slandered as 'idiots'.

World War III should be told in the context of a "struggle through time and space" that transcends even space wars.

I have no reason to forgive "those people" who are currently creating the same scenery on earth as the opening of Steins;Gate Zero.

By the way, there is no such thing as "research is not ruined just because a paper is burned".

If you are a researcher, you can rewrite your paper (OR patent specification) 11 times even if it is burned 10 times.

Dr. Nakabachi could not understand or even plagiarize the contents of his daughter's (Kurisu Makise's) paper.

-----

Anyway, don't "select" Steins;Gate from NetFlix after midnight.

# It is not Steins;Gate's selection.

Quite a dystopia -- all-night weekday screenings -- awaits.

I watched a program called "A Human History of Violence."

The content was the exact opposite of what I expected from the title: "Human Violence Continues to Decrease".

But I thought, 'In modern times, war has probably replaced that,' but the number of deaths of war seems also to be decreasing.

We are often misled by news of violent incidents and wars, but when viewed on the order of hundreds of years, humanity has continued to suppress its instinct for violence with the intelligence.

We apt to think that humanity seems to be oriented only in a foolish direction, but not so surprisingly

It has been a long time since I was relieved by the content of this documentary.

But I still think the title of the program is not proper.

-----

Oh, by the way, the book mentioned here has arrived.

It is a bit woeful for us, as a human race, to just be protected by a management system (Sibyla system).
