The other day, I introduced you to a Basian estimation example.

However, some persons thought that the example was Ebata's original idea.

Unfortunately, I was sorry but I could not think out such a wonderful example.

So I want to make sure that,

The example was just quoted from "The signal and the noise" written by Mr. Nate Sliver.

I referred to the term "panty" devotedly.

-----

I hesitated to use the term "panty".

At first, I wrote "pants", however, I thought again that I should not change the author's intention, and I have examined the term "panty" in the Wiki, etc...

At the result, "panty" doesn't mean that

A women's underwear that is subjected to the ornate decoration, and to appeal feminine

So I decided to use the term in my diary.

-----

Today, I presented the Basian estimation with this example.

(Continuation from yesterday)

The government report says that the 37.6% of persons who are single and has not got married, whose age is 20~30 years old, answers that they don't need a lover, feel annoying love affair and want to concentrate their hobbies.

I know well that a love affair is not always good. and sometimes it becomes difficult.

In fact, it annoys us, and becomes harsh for us.

In opposite, we might annoy someone and make someone harsh.

Even if we want to fall in love with someone, it is not always easy for us.

Above all, why don't you think "Do I annoy you, even if I have no lover?"

It is natural that you say "that is not your business at the bottom of my heart"

-----

So, I want to make an offer,

"You may get married without love affair process."

(Continuation from yesterday)

In conclusion, the class room of professional ramen craftworkers and plasterers is a system to make the mentors fall into disuse.

Of course, the mentors also are expected to lead newcomers toward several fields of service, management, account, sales and advertisement, but even so, if the class room also begins to teach them,

the world of

"mentor-less society " is coming.

It is the world that destroys any respect toward experiences, so called "seniors"

-----

However, this "mentor-less society" has already started.

For example, we am going to ask unknown topics not for "seniors" but "Google search engine", and open our troubles not for persons but web sites.

Many people have thought that

"It is absolutely impossible to make a digital service of ramen and plasterers craftworkers"

However,

The success of this "ramen class" means, that "craftworkers" are not also special, but they are same of ordinal business persons in the world.

For a man who cannot talk the topics of football game, "drinking party" is a sort of torture.

I don't know where the country in Europe, South America, and Africa at all.

I don't know why people come to know about football players abroad.

For me, I would rather be able to go along with GDP or birthrate of the country.

Anyway,

When topics of football game are coming, I will make me a machine to put solids and liquids into my mouth silently.

-----

Of course, I don't have any intention to criticize it.

In public places, it is natural that public topics will come out, That is, of course, the best topic for a place of a drinking party.

So, I, as a a machine to put solids and liquids into my mouth silently think the following.

If I stop them to talk about, not only sports games such as baseball and soccer, but also topics on business work, non-work, company relationships,

What kind of "drinking party" can be established?

This is quite an interesting thought experiment.

-----

However, even at the hypothetical level, this "drinking party" image does not come out.

I can imagine only "a group that keeps moisture, eats meat in silence."

Once this happens, there is no choice but to do validation with no hypothesis.

This is the only way I can do this experiment when "I am promoting a celebration promotion to the president" is held.

This is the only way I can do this experiment when "I am promoting a celebration promotion to the president" is held.

Please wait for a while.

In the world, there are many adults who want to insist on that "children who do not play outside have poor grades."

I have consistently thought that this kind of argument is

"How stupid he/she is".

Recently I read the "new theory" again.

I forgot whether the author was a teacher or a teacher, but he insisted that "Children living on high floors of a high rise apartment have poor grades in science".

The reason is that "children living on the high floor" is not in touch with nature and lacks understanding of nature.

The interesting thing about this kind of claim is that the line "This is my past experience of over 10 years ..." has appeared.

I am not interested in the person, whether teacher or a teacher, however, he simply develops his own theory without giving out one "statistical data".

Perhaps he even knows the concept of "testing" in statistical methods.

I am impressed that he can make such a claim without giving objective data.

Many times, I have "killed" my hypotheses based on my own experiments in my own calculations.

At that time, I felt quite depressed and quite uneasy.

I do know that how "this is my past experience of over 10 years ..." is doubtful.

-----

By the way, I was "a child who hates playing outside."

It was hot, cold, and risky moreover I have irritated a poor boy who caress of the leader.

That's why I liked overwhelmingly reading a science illustration, alone in my room.

However, I now have the pride that our understanding and passion for nature is better than those of other adults.

Furthermore, I am convinced that my understanding of nature has been further deepened by acquiring the "simulation" by computer.

-----

Well, that aside.

If he want to claim that "children living on high floors of a high rise apartment have poor grades in science", show me the number first.

I'm tired of hearing the logic of "children who don't play outside have poor grades".

-----

To tell you the truth, I have a claim selfishly without using statistics.

それは、

That is

"Children who do not study have poor grades"

That's all for me.

Maybe I can open the data soon. Pretty easy.

Last Sunday, I went with my wife and senior daughter to a city facility to vote before the deadline.

We decided to walk 30 minutes each way to get some exercise.

The location and time were correct, but the date was wrong.

Voting day was July 5, and pre-voting began on June 30.

I was wrong to decide "from 10 days ago" unilaterally, however, was it such a short time?

I feel uncomfortable with this time period because I have pre-voted every time.

-----

I searched a little.

There is a replacement of Article 39 in Article 48-2, Paragraph 6, Item 6 of the Public Offices Election Law, anyway,

Only the city hall must start from the day after the announcement, however, regarding other polling stations, it seems that it is up to municipal election committee that means, "the period decided by the municipal election committee".

I wondered if they shortened the period due to the corona disaster. As a result of further investigation, it seems that the administrative districts have different responses.

For example, Adachi Ward has decided to open all ten locations for the full period of time this time, whereas the previous time, only one location accepted applications for the full period of time (in order to reduce the risk of transmission of corona virus).

-----

Well, this event was for my family to walk for less than an hour.

I was frustrated, so I went to a supermarket on the way and bought some mackerel fillets and natto (fermented soybeans) that I didn't need. And then we went home.

(Continuation from yesterday)

In addition to yesterday's "Battle of Okinawa: A Battlefield Without a Way Out," I have been watching NHK specials such as "Century of Movies," "(Nuclear Power Plant Accident) Road to Decommissioning," and "MEGAQUAKE: A Huge Earthquake" as if I were being driven to watch them.

This is because I don't believe at all that we will continue to have democratic, safe, and disaster-free days like we do now.

Before the Pacific War, Japan was a nation of laws with sovereignty of the people, and the judiciary, the executive and the legislature functioned as we do today.

Even in Germany, before the rise of Nazi Germany, the Weimar constitution was in effect, which proclaimed the sovereignty of the people.

In little more than a decade, it has become a police state, a militarist state, and a dictatorship.

One only has to look at what is going on in Hong Kong and Myanmar to watch persons who advocate for "rights" and "justice" are easily imprisoned and killed.

"So how can you all be so confident and secure?"

I think so from the bottom of my heart.

------

I have learned from history that "justice" and "righteousness" have a 'expiration date'.

So, I am always ready to make sure that only I (and my family) can escape during the 'expiration date'.

In "After the Expiration Date," I've been writing whatever I want in my blogs and columns, and I'm sure I'll be at the top of the kill list.

-----

My family members stay in their rooms when I try to watch the above mentioned documentary programs.

Well, I think that this can't be helped.

From now on, various special programs will be aired for the anniversary of the end of the war in August, but probably few Japanese will take them seriously.

"Feelings that must be conveyed" and "Feelings that must be received" are not equivalent.

In terms of the strength of those feelings, I think there is a difference of 1,000 to 10,000 times in the subjective value of "feelings that must be conveyed" >>>>> "feelings that must be received".

I think that history education should be restructured based on the premise that "the lessons of history cannot be passed on to future generations"

-----

If I were a history teacher, I would make and submit the following questions.

=======

Sort (1) the Battle of Okinawa, (2) the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, and (3) the air raid on Tokyo, in order of the number of civilians (non-combatants) killed.

=======

At the very least, it is better than today's conceptual history education because it can convey the scale of the tragedy.

I think it's better than the current situation where we are mass producing children who don't know that the US and Japan were at war.

After graduation from high school and losing gym class, I came to life sports.

(Here is a story that I was hopeless klutz)

I was enthusiastic about skiing in college, and I started playing tennis in company,

-----

After forgetting TOEIC and Eiken intentionally, I was no longer afraid to use English.

I used to speak English in my way, and I came to write my columns and papers in English.

-----

With some private reasons, now I begin to study about TOEIC. And now I can say clearly,

"This test is ridiculous and meaningless"

For example, about the word choice questions, I know that some questions have more than two correct answers.

Nouns can be used adjectivally without any problem, and adverbs can make sense wherever they appear in a sentence.

About the conversation question, I really think that "how low they are that they can't EXPLICITLY talk about the purpose of the conversation" (I think it is true).

With the time you spend on this ridiculous and meaningless test, you can go abroad and write a paper in English, and if you are lucky, you get an award. I assure you.

-----

If you want to use English seriously, you should forget the existence of TOEIC. This is a correct answer.

However, the system of called "Japan" needs a "measure" for your English ability.

There are few people to judge your ability correctly, This is a typical negative feedback system.

Therefore, in Japan system, we cannot run away from English Test like TOEIC because of the defect of the system. It is no use to blame this system with loud voice.

-----

The conclusion is that "Don't study TOEIC seriously, and set it aside from your life".

If you do it seriously, you might lose the purpose of your life.

I congratulate those who have successfully run my code in their environment with a "Congratulations & Thank You Email" or by calling them directly.

However, there have only been about two of us in the last two years or so (by the way, this number does not include everyone at the software outsourcing company).

Compared to the above,

You who said "offended" to me about the code I disclosed

I will never forgive you -- absolutely.
