It is a continuation from yesterday.

The other day, I discussed this issue with a colleague who works for "health and safety".

"When you go to visit other company's factory, you could understand the importance."

"A company that thinks about health and safety deeply could keep high-level of the company quality.”

"If people think that our company is one of the credible organizations, I think that our company sticks to exhaustive "health and safety" seriously.

When I was young, I heard the conversation of older person with a sneer on my face.

"Nobody has to work hard, if we make our factory and office clean and get credibility from customers."

-----

What I want to say in today's diary,

(1)I become older.

(2)Young people never try to hear my above opinions.

(3)We never progress with repeating (1) and (2) many times.

Well, I think that it is enough that younger people are reluctant to obey instructions (orders for health and safety) in the course of employment with with a sneer on their face.

Because you also because "older" soon.

The recording reservation of animation program is my job in my family.

Except for me, all members of my family are likely to escape from the reservation.

My daughters don't make the reservation because of my wife's nerve.

The other day, after finishing the first equator, the senior daughter said,

"Papa. Your selections of this period were not good"

-----

Yes. I can agree to her.

They were out of question. To tell you the truth, I didn't find works that I really made me fun.

About the work that many naked girl body appears on the scene, I feel anger with saying "have a match with your contents" and the configurations of the science fiction works are not loose.

The works with guts and sweat, don't fit with the present young age, and the other works with love affair feel ill at ease.

Now I am wondering if the animation I could really love deeply exists.

"Steins;Gate" is a historical masterpiece, Ebata-san.

The junior co-worker's phrase reminded me strongly.

-----

When the junior daughter and I were talking about animation works in this morning,

私が、

I came to say to her,

"I am going to stop the animation reservation from now. I become not to be interested in animation recently."

She implored me, with saying

"Please forgive me for this issue"

When I was a college student, I was a magi of Spread sheet "Lotus1-2-3".

Using the software, I could process any numbers and make any type of graph within 3 second.

I think that it was only me, that I had asked to data analysis to Professor, and got more than 40K, working part-time job using the software.

I think that my professor knew well that Ebata rejected the order, but obeyed it easier by money.

-----

Now what I am doing is to buy a beginners book of Excel Macro and read it hard with reading glasses

More than 500K data of railway injury are in my home PC, however, I am about feel sick about processing the data.

What I want to do is very clear thought, I don't know how to operate the command of Excel.

If I make a program, I think the problem goes away immediately. But I also think that "If I use C/C++, it's over"

To begin with, I should have made "Ebaden" simulator by Excel, because many people can use or remake the simulator easily.

Unfortunately, I don't know Excel that much.

"Big data", "AI", e.t.c. many people speak a lot of these buzz words, however, after all, a person who cannot use Excel or Word is not needed at any field.

According to Lotus1-2-3, the software had less functions, and I could spend much time for learning the software too. On the other hand, now my private time is on every weekend only.

-----

The magi of Lotus1-2-3 of 25 years ago, becomes degraded as "a beginners of Excel"

If Microsoft's "Excel" was to expel the "1-2-3", I should have been the "magi" even now.

About the development of today's personal computers, we cannot tell anything without Microsoft's contribution, however, personally, I sometimes think that "If they didn't come to.."

If I try to define "fogy", it is

(A) An elderly person with authority in an organization

(B)issues an order that is disadvantageous to the organization

If you ask me to give examples of this "fogy" in an organization, I can mention the following three immediately.

(1) If there are few participants in the event that he/she has planned, he/she will hit their subordinates

(2) He/She force subordinates to technology that has been disturbed in the industry but has not yet proved effective

(3) He/She creates a new system or equipment with suspicious effectiveness and count it as their own outcome

There are a lot of other things, but basically, it is "a heartfelt, annoying thing" to members of the organization. So we think that

"If he/she do nothing, it is the biggest benefit to the organization"

However, I can not say that to the powers of the organization.

-----

There is also a certain effect in the "fogy".

It is a fact that "things will be moved" (even while giving a great deal of trouble to the organization) by the freakish idea of "fogy".

And "things will be moved" has an economic profit, regardless of its effect.

Basically, humans are bothersome. so if you do not trigger even such "fogy events", you will not be able to get out of existing routine work.

However, the success rate of the "fogy event" is extremely low.

There are gaps in the target market generation (that is, "nonsense"). In addition to, as shown in the above (1) to (3), it is because they are not sweating yourself.

However, I do not blame "the elderly with power".

Rather I advocate them.

Because it is correct that elderly with power is "not given the opportunity to sweat on their own".

If the elderly with power, adheres to a particular event or technology, or is stuck in the specified field, they will not be able to manage the organization.

This will be a problem for the organization.

In addition, the elderly can not hear the opinion of the young person honestly, and the young person does not have the spirit to persuade the elderly. Because it is bothersome.

In other words, "fogy" is one of the "pathology" or "attribute" that a organization should possess fateably.

Basically, there is no solution to "fogy".

(Continuation from yesterday)

I'm pretty seriously thinking that it would be okay if a field like "mathematical math" or "marriage statistics" was launched.

This is to observe the phenomenon of marriage from the mass, and I think it may be called "macro marriage science".

In comparison, the "marriage site" is a "micro marriage science" approach to marriage based on personal qualities and behaviors.

Considering from the macro and the micro, I think,

- The only people who see marriage in a macro are those in charge of measures against declining birthrate.

- For many people who are in marriage hunting, they might think "I don't care of others marriages", so, if they are acting based on the micro, it is natural.

- Married people, not married people, people who want to do or not to do should ignore others.

Then, if asked what kind of person I am interested in,

"A person who provides diary tips"

In summary,

The content of the advertisement for the "marriage hunting site" is very reasonable,

A person who talks about the marriage of another person from a macro perspective is "extreme incompetence."

By the way, the story changes,

先日、

The other day, I wrote a diary

Now, how many days does it take to respond to this response? Or will they ignore me?

After that I got a mail from city hall.

Assuming that weekends are not converted into business days, the number of days until the response was "1 day".

I was impressed, "the City hall, pretty good"

-----

I don't believe that I am a so-called "Persona Non Grata" against the city hall.

An administrative will provide proof of vaccination for those who have received the corona vaccine.

This means that from now on, not only at concerts, plays, and sports games, but also at stores, people without vaccination certificates will be denied entry.

Now, this "refusal to enter" is always mentioned in the history of the world in combination with the issue of discrimination.

The most famous is, of course, the so-called discrimination against blacks, which has been going on since the African-American Civil Rights Movement, but even in Japan, there are so many discrimination issues that I am sick of mentioning them.

So, I won't talk about it this time.

-----

Now, as "Please refrain from entering the store if you are not wearing a mask" changes to "Please refrain from entering the store if you have not been vaccinated", the question is purely "Is this discrimination?"

I did some research and found out that, in principle, it does not fall under the category of "discrimination".

The article on which this is based is Article 521, "Freedom of Contract," of the Civil Code.

1. any person is free to decide whether or not to make a contract, except as otherwise provided by law.

2. The parties to a contract are free to determine the content of the contract within the limitations of the law.

For those who still try to enter the store, it is possible to report them to the police for trespassing and failure to leave as stipulated in Article 130 of the Penal Code.

However, the reasons must be logical, objective, and above all, legal.

You cannot refuse to enter a store because you have a disability or because you are of a different nationality, and if you do, you will be penalized by another law to the contrary.

-----

At present, there is no case in Japan where a dispute over "If you do not wear a mask, please refrain from entering the store" has been brought to court, so naturally there is no precedent yet.

In our country, the trend seems to be that such refusal of entry is acceptable under the current circumstances and socially accepted norms.

If you think this is discrimination, you can "try it out and fight it in court.

でも、

However,

"It is socially acceptable to deny entry to a person who refuses to take precautions (wearing a mask) against the spread of a legally contagious disease that can lead to death"

With the content of this ruling, I feel that the case will be concluded.

I think I might choose a ruling party for the election for the House of Councilors, however, at this election, "the constitutional change" might be a big issue.

I am aware that I am a funny voter who hope both (1) the nation voting for Constitution to be realized and (2) the amendment to be rejected at the same time.

Today, I received the election PR.

In the previous election, I felt pain that I went to the city hall to get it, and the next day, it were delivered at the next day. So this time, I just waited it.

In the PR, there is no candidate who uses numbers or charts, so they could not get Ebata's seed slot.

(2) The party which changed their policy from scrambling broadcasts to exempting the elderly from paying.

(3) No person who argues the reasons for patrilineal emperors on medical grounds (In my opinion, I don't care of it at all).

(4) The person who said "What is a problem, even if the super-computer performance is the second in the world?" I never forgive her.

(5) The persons who argue about quantum computers and mRAN is less understandable that me.

(6)Since the minimum wage apply for the albite, small retailers and restaurant will be bankrupt easily if the wage is risen at 1500 yen.

If they hope the wide restriction of Japan to lead to bankrupt, I can consider it (However I think the small retailers should be continued)

(6) I think that "the consumption tax should be abort" is a good policy. On the other hand, I don't know the reason why they don't open their simulations result on desk or on computer to us.

I am afraid that it is too danger to start the social and field experiments without any simulation.

(If they have the results of the simulation, please let me know. I'll write a whole column on it).

(7) I think the arts are worth protecting, but they are too trivial for me compared to the concerns of old age (pensions and national defense).

(8) The person of the party which the idiot guru who sang about "preventing corona infection through faith" are out of the question.

I am really busy, but I see news like this.

"Brilliant proofs by high school students."

I am very happy now.

And a senior engineer like me, who have a habit of writing differential equations for everything and pounding them into their computers, is a bit embarrassed.

I would have taken the easy way out, such as, 'I would give the area with the central angle θ as a variable and then do partial differentiation.'

In addition, I think the students are great, but I also think the teacher was great in helping them write the paper and present it to the public.
