The other day, I wrote that I sometimes pretend to be an Arab, and today I would like to tell you another story.

When I got on a plane of US, domestic airline, two Japanese ladies sat next my seat, which had loud voice with a Kansai accent,

I am afraid that, "If I was come out that I am Japanese, this peace and enjoy trip is going to be destroyed"

I never responded her chat with loud voice, and never talked even one word, and pretended to read an English report.

-----

However, I could not do a bad thing. I I upset the tray of flight meal, and shouted,

I thought I was come out soon, but ladies also seemed to be embarrassed.

They could understand my intention perfectly.

Anyway, I could spend a peaceful and quiet trip

In heavy atmosphere.

Thank you for your cooperation about my diet questionnaire.

Today I compile the data and make a Excel file.

I want to complete the data analysis, but unfortunately I will give it up because of my exhaustion.

-----

Now I compile data by my hand, though I have used a personal computer for more than thirty years.

Coming as a fresh reminder that I have a desperate feeling.

Of course, the process is going to complete in a blink of an eye, if I make a program for it.

But I cannot put up with the foolish action, that means, I make a program for less than one hundred questionnaires.

Above all, this is not a fundamental solution, because the method is available for specified programmers only.

-----

In this case of mail questionnaires. there are some slight different formats in the questionnaires.

For example, added or deleted spaces, LFs and characters, some comments for readers.

All purpose program is not meaningless for the cost performance, even if I can make it.

Using editor is better than making program.

I think that I am an animation-lover, though, recently, I am afraid not.

I happened to discover my favorite content, that was an animation.

ええ、"Steins;Gate(シュタインズゲート)"のことです。

Yes. It is "Steins;Gate".

The masterpiece "Steins;Gate" that bridged a gap between youth net cultures and me, introduced the latest activities of a certain research organization to me, and gave me a new paradigm of time-machine.

However, I am concerned about the masterpiece is fading out in the world.

Some people might have already noticed it, these days I have started an activity

"Remember Steins;Gate"

-----

Talking to animation, "Evangalion" is a big title, however I had come to lose interests to this contents.

(Continuation from yesterday)

The story of Izumo Taisha, which is described in Kojiki and Nippon Shoki, is "funny 100 consecutive" anyway.

In my experiment, "recording diet" is effective, in order to go on diet well.

Just mounting the weighing machine have a considerable effect, and it will be better if you make a visualizable graph.

Recently, you can use a smart weighing machine working with your smartphone, however, I recommend you to drop a plot on a cross-section paper, like "analog recording"

I know that digital records will be lost almost 100%. by being lost the service providers, or forgetting the place of the data.

And the previous data of your painful diet is dismissing.

I am afraid that this is something pitying.

(If you haven't watched these two pieces of content yet, come back to my chat room backyard later.)

In the last scene of The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, I've enjoyed watching many people argue over the interpretation of Chiaki's words to Makoto: "I'm waiting in the future.

So, I thought we could do another story like this.

Makoto goes into science to build a time machine, and she study abroad and get a job with a SERN.

Makoto, who has become the project leader, monitors the world's networks and hacks into Okabe's emails at the Gadget Research Institute in Akihabara.

From the beginning, Makoto, who has no interest in SERN's global domination, reaches out to Chris, who is studying abroad in the United States, and leads Okabe to develop a time machine.

She becomes a member of the Rabomen and assists Okabe in developing a time machine while fending off an attack from SERN.

Makoto wishes to ride in a prototype time machine, however she secretly changes the future date and time of the target's arriva

The altered setting twists time and space in the future, resulting in an explosion that decimates the city. The world, which had been stable in the Steinsgate worldline, is plunged into World War III, and that war burns down the "painting" that Chiaki wanted to see

I was woken up by a phone call this morning.

It was a call from a contractor of high-pressure cleaning of drainpipes, asking if he could visit us in an hour.

-----

A few weeks ago, the drainage in the upstairs hand-washing area was clogged with a strange smell.

I'm a DIYer when it comes to dismantling plumbing and removing clogs -- in fact, I've done it all before.

However, this time, even after removing all the debris from the pipes, the water did not continue to flow.

In other words, the drainage pipes inside the house are clogged, not the exposed pipes outside -- this is something I can't do anything about.

-----

Again I was trying to deal with this myself by purchasing such a device.

However, I, at my parents' house, once messed with a drain pipe and made things worse as a result.

And then, "thanks to all the things I've done," the toilet at my parents' house became unusable.

At that time, I had a drainage company come and remove some of the roots in the pipe.

And later, I cut down with a chainsaw the pine tree that my father had cherished before he died.

Well, let's not get into that.

Once I had a contractor come and try to solve the problem with the above mentioned equipment, but it still didn't work, so we had to do high pressure washing.

Under my wife's general policy, "If we're going to do this, we should clean everything in the house," the first simultaneous plumbing cleaning was held after the construction of the Ebata house.

I enjoyed watching the operation of the two workers.

I watched the operation, stretching and leaning back so as not to disturb the workers.

In my image, it was "like watching a parade at Disneyland in a crowded place.

And for the first time, I found out that the (unnoticed) halls installed in the entrance, garden and parking lot were the pathways for sewage (there were about 10 of them).

The workers operated as "easy for me to watch the work".

After the work was done, I asked a lot of questions.

To be honest, I was surprised to see a compressor (like this one) installed in the minivan, but it wasn't powered by our house, nor was it drawing water from our water supply.

I asked a lot of questions and found out the following.

(1) Water used for cleaning: About 200 liters brought in a tank in the minivan.

(2) Power source for compressors for high-pressure cleaning: Gasoline

(3) Water pressure of high-pressure compressor: 150 kgf/cm^2 (pressure equivalent to 1,500 automobiles riding on a 1 square meter board)

(4) The water pressure nozzle, which performs the backward injection, automatically moves forward in the pipe and easily climbs from the first floor to the second floor (running up to the 10th floor of an apartment building, for example).

Therefore, a existing minister or members of the Diet used the "Unification Church's organizational votes" in an election, may be a really, really and really small matter, like "A fly on the cake for a moment".

However, I know a man who never forgive the fact.

私です。

It is me.

I am aware that I have investigated the "Unification Church" and "Genri" to the extent that I can identify them as "Absolute Evil". Especially during the 10 years or so between the ages of 15 and 25.

-----

If it had been "gang", "mafia" or "promoted IT venture", I could have ignored that.

But "Unification Church" is "Absolutely NOT".

This anger occurred from personal reasons, and I don't need to be shared with you, or even I can accept criticism, but--

I also have 'things I can never forgive'.

At first, concerning about the state funeral for our former prime minister, who had achieved great results in both foreign and domestic affairs,

"If the ethical and legal issues can be cleared up, I'm not opposed."

was my standing point.

However, after watching the video-clip of the former prime minister's speech on an organization related to "Unification Church", it came to spoil me.

To my own surprise, my thought spoiled me instantly, cleanly.

Again, this is a matter of my own personal feeling, and I don't need you to sympathize with me in any way.

-----

Anyway, since the current prime minister of Japan declared "national funeral" to all of the world, the event should be done for national dignity.

So, recently, I was thinking of the possibility by myself

A state funeral that is held in secret, with only the immediate family present.

I know that it wastes my time.

When I was in high school, a friend of mine told me this.

"If the Soviet Union invaded Japan, would we be in any trouble?"

The Soviet Union, a socialist country at the time, nationalized all property, forbidding (Officially) the ownership of personal property.

He said, "For us common people who have no private property, doesn't it matter whether it is the Soviet Union or the Japanese government that rules?"

But, while Soviet-style socialism may have a lot of annoying things like thought control, freedom of expression, prohibition of personal property, etc., it is still "better than having your house burned down and having your family and yourself murdered, isn't it?"

I remember thinking then, 'I see, that may be true.

Here are my thoughts after 50 years.

"It is a thorough fight."

The reason why I have changed in this way is, in a word, because it is 'troublesome.'

I cringe when considering the pain of accepting the new social system.

I get depressed to death just by changing the OS of my computer or the UI of Office, and now, at my age, to have to replace the entire social system (judicial, administrative, and legislative) is really "no joke."

This is what we call conservatism.

In a word, they are "absolutely against any change.

-----

'Ebata, you actively support LGBT and same-sex marriage, don't you?' The reason for this is apparent.

Because I (Ebata) don't have 1mm of disadvantage about LGBT or gay marriage

Why should I oppose a system that reduces the number of unhappy people? Are you bored? Are you stupid? I am tempted to ask.

However, I cannot approve of significant changes that shake the very foundations of our social system.

"Fighting" is troublesome, but so is "adapting to a new society" -- if both are troublesome, then (considering life expectancy age) the "status quo bias" wins.

-----

I have written that "being angry" is enough to fight without patriotism.

In addition, I think 'it's too much trouble' is also a good enough reason to make me fight.

That aside.

The Taiwanese government has never officially said anything about "independence from China."

The people of Taiwan do not want to have China's authoritarian one-party dictatorship policy imposed on them.

I have thought that if mainland China adopted a Taiwanese-style democratic policy, Taiwan would gladly be a part of China.

But -- as far as Hong Kong, Tibet, and Uyghur are concerned, the people of Taiwan are thinking, 'Hey, we can't work with the current CCP. Let me see how it goes for another 100 years or so.
