I don't care human relationships except from the period of college and fresh person in this company.

As a rule, I don't attend alumni association from junior to high school, even if I am invited (few person has invited me).

Though less than ten people will attend my funeral, I don't inform anyone the fact. So I am going to set it as "family funeral".

I don't mind who think what at all, however,

I am not glad that my daughters is to think

"My dad had been really a lonely person".

I am convinced ambiguous that they never think

My dad have gone through wonderful life even he had no friend.

My junior daughter is crazy for Steins;Gate.

After the scene "Mayuri is killed by "rounder"", she cannot set apart from the television.

So, I am doing to cook and wash, instead of her.

Return to the main topic about business cards, nowadays we can make business card easily with PC and printer.

I bought this good from Amazon site.

It was bit difficult to make them, because the papers could not be rolled in the printer. After getting tips. I could print them smoothly.

I can understand that the print service companies are engaged in a price-cutting war for business card.

Nobody doesn't need to order what is made by themselves.

-----

I think that business card is a useful business tool to start a chat with someone for the first time, but I haven't managed the business card until now.

You know, I use a name of person as a identification [ID] number, and I could not commit the names to memory. After all, I can just remember a person by their face of the contents(works and topics).

I talked this topic to my wife, she said

"Differences of the type of job" with pleased expression.

For "Sales representative", business cards are very important items for their job and is never used passingly.

I think "I see".

I am a person who starts a chat with saying "How do you do? Nice to meet you. I am Ebata" even I met three times before.

(Continuation from yesterday)

My second daughter hate eggplant and bell pepper, and all of my family hate organ meat. Moreother spicy level is very low, that is far from my level.

So I had to need to enforce making "curry for one person" yesterday.

I made curry, with being excited. I can use "bliss" when the time to eat that curry, with the cheap beer of a dubious manufacturer.

-----

To my sunrise,

I saw that my senior daughter was eating well the original curry only for me, "including eggplant, bell pepper, and organ meats"

I thought "anyone can not eat this curry", so I would keep them frozen later. but when I saw the scene that she ate the curry,

Japan's future may be surprisingly bright.

I thought that.

After my father's death, both my sister and I have to do the procedure about his account and insurance for my mother. However mother is at a home for the old.

So we had to work as agents of my mother just after my father's funeral.

Though, Many people had already written it, the most difficult procedure is to prove that "we were real father's children, and we have proper qualify as my mother's agent.

-----

How can we prove that we were real father's children at law ?

This is not so difficult. We can show the copy of my father's family register, and deacquisition of both my sister and me. In addition, we can show the copy of my family register and I have already made a new census register.

The problem is to prove "my father was himself"

In order to prove this fact, we have to gather all document of his census register as his birth records.

The next day of the funeral, my sister and I went to the city hall to remove my father's name from the register.

Next, I had to go the city hall of my father's family home, and get his census register for his birth certificate.

I borrowed the from my sister, and drove the car, given into smartphone GPS and Google map and arrived at the city hall after one-half hour.

As is to be expected, the office seemed to be used to their works. I came to know an unexpected fact here.

The place where the city hall manages was not my father's birth place(that means. my father had moved before)

Ebata:"You said that I have to go another city hall from now, don't you ?"

The office:"Yes, it is"

Ebata:"Can you assure that the next city hall will be the terminal ?"

The office:"No, we can't. If you find the new information of register, I am sorry but you should go the next city hall"

Ebata:"Can you check the information here"

The officer:"No we can't. We have just information that belonged in the competence of this city hall"

I thought that it was natural.

I went country home for 12 hours. If I encountered a traffic jam as early as 6 hours by car.

The cost is going to be more expensive that using the Shinkansen for four people of my family.

However, the family lifestyle continues to change.

One is for an internship, one is for a trip, one is for going country home, and I am also going counter home again.

With one, two, three and four people, the state transitions from intensive behavior to autonomous decentralization. In the future, the number of members will decrease, and eventually I will be the last. Or, I think that I will disappear without waiting for that number.

From a macroscopic point of view, my life is as simple as stepping the template flow one by one.

However, from a microscopic point of view, I always feel that it was just what was expected above.

The wisdom and know-how of the ancestors were almost never useless for my case.

When enough time has passed after the event is over, it is just an illusion that the wisdom and know-how of the ancestors were hit.

-----

However, I think it is important to “imitate” the wisdom and know-how of our predecessors.

Life is too short to repeat trial and error.

"There is no way in front of me. A road appears behind me". This is one phrase of famous peom in Japan.

When I read this poem for the first time, I thought, "This person (poet) is a pessimist who cannot calculate the cost"(*).

(*) This time, I read the full text of 102 lines.

I read the news that an old man blamed the purchase of "potato salad" or "frozen dumplings" for being "corrupt" -- that's what I read.

Well, I've said a lot of things somethings.

I meant to write the following in a past diary.

- You'll be cooking rice with a cauldron and wood, without cutting corners.

- You should be carving letters on a piece of bamboo without using a pen and paper, without cutting corners.

However, I could not find them. If you find it, please let me know.

So, I won't talk about this any more.

-----

In my experience, there are certain dishes that do not have a linear relationship between the cost of cooking (time and money) and the quality of the finished product.

Not to mention that this includes "potato salad" and "dumplings".

Of course, homemade is good, but cooked dishes are good enough -- especially these days the quality is "awesome".

On the contrary, they are not linear, and some are even inversely correlated.

"Men-tsuyu", "croquettes", "croissants"

All are things I have experience cooking, these are "condiments/cooking that should never be fought against" in my mind.

These condiments and dishes should not be "homemade". It is because the moment you make them, your "loss" is fixed.

The world should be grateful that "croquettes" and "croissants" are being offered at such low prices.

Well, our mission as engineers is

to "make the world's people's daily lives convenient, cut corners, and corrupt human beings".

So, anyone who blames the use of "potato salad" or "frozen dumplings" for being "corrupt" should come to me first.

If you're going to blame people who shop at the grocery store, first of all, let me ask you to break me down by explaining to me, logistically, "Ebata is not what the world needs".

It seems that a late-night party involving drinking under a declared state of emergency by the staff of "TV Asahi" was recently uncovered.

This time, I was gardening at my country house, however it was too hard to work under summer sunshine, I took a rest from 13:00 to 17:00, and was swinging the chainsaw around. A total of about 10 trees, including shrubs, were chopped up.

Anyway, I had a rare day of physical work, and unusually, today I had a lunch at McDonald's.

I think that this is the only way to avoid hunger-knocks.

I have been working remotely from home for the past three years or so and have noticed something.

"Many neighborhood broadcasts of requests to search for wandering(*) older adults."

I say "many," but it's only about once a week.

-----

Incidentally, according to the data, the number of missing persons among these wandering elderly is 17,565 per year (in 2022).

"Missing" means "still unaccounted for," so I think they are deceased (if my interpretation is incorrect, please point it out).

I have in my mind the number of 5,000 traffic fatalities year and 20,000 suicides per year, so this number of missing persons is significant.

In terms of one day, 48 persons/day.

The total land area of Japan is 378,000 km2, and based on the cell phone coverage rate, we can roughly assume that 1/3 of this area is inhabited, which is 124,000 km2.

Assuming that the coverage area of the town broadcasts and the maximum daily travel distance of older people is 10 km, roughly 314 km2 (10 km radius), which is my subjective estimate, and assuming that the area can be classified into 400 regions, the incidence of the town broadcasts is once every 8.3 days.

Even if it were Fermi's estimation, I think this calculation is too crude.

For the most part, not everyone who was broadcasted in town should be missing.

-----

I am impressed with that 'neighborhood broadcasts' is pretty awesome.

No matter how widespread the use of smartphones becomes, media that appeal only to the human auditory sense is the most powerful.

It can undoubtedly limit (locally) the number of people involved (collaborators) and is expected to be effective.

In general, digital is convenient, but it still cannot match the power of analog.

(*) In recent years, an increasing number of local governments have changed the term "wandering" to "walking alone," but there is no request from the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare to use this terminology.
