新テーマ「『働き方改革』を数字で回してみよう(適当)」が始まりました。

The new theme has started, whose title is "Let's turn "Work style reform" by "Number".

このシリーズについては、別途の新シリーズとして始めるという話もあったのですが、いつもの通り「数字に語らせる」というやり方で進めていきたいと思っています

A staff said "how about starting a new series", however we decided to the concept of "Numbers talks" as usual.

それにしても、このシリーズ「世界を「数字」で回してみよう」は、すでに41回目になります。

Anyway, this series "Let's Turn the World with Numbers" has already been the 41st time.

そして、これまで、私の文章構成に文句を言ってきた人(例：『こんなダラダラ文章を書く人に働き方改革を語らせてはイカンと思う』等)は、沢山いましたが、

And, until now, there were a lot of people who complained about my writing composition.(Example: "I think that it is not good to let this person write about "work style reform")

私の計算結果やシミュレーション結果に、正面切って喧嘩を売ってきた人は、ただの一人もいません。

However, there is no one alone who has faced fighting against my calculation and simulation results.

正確に言うと「いた」のですが、完全にトンデモ理屈(例：グラフの読み方を勘違いしている、標準偏差とか分散の意味が分かっていない、等)で、反論ポイントが見つけられず、放置したことは何度かあります。

To be exact, there are several times I found the persons, however they had a completely crazy theory and I let them alone(eg, they seemed to misunderstand how to read the graph, meaning of standard deviation or dispersion)

しかし、これは「良くない」ことです。

But this is "not good".

特に権力側(国家とか企業とか)の報告書には、数字を使って ―― どうせ、国民には分からないだろう ―― と、高をくくって、その場を乗り切ろうとするものがあります(古くは、御用学者が作成した、公害裁判に提出された報告書など(公害の被害を軽く見積る計算やグラフ等))。

Especially in the report of the power side (national or enterprise), they seemed to think that "anyway, one in the lower rank can not understand the numbers" in order to survive the spot(In the old days, a report submitted to a pollution trial, by a scholar of science (calculation, graph, etc mildly estimating the damage of pollution)).

「数字を使っている時点で、もうこいつには、『後ろめたい』ところがあるんだ」 ―― と、この程度の気持ちで、厳しくチェックするようにしましょう

I was surprised at the fact that there were juniors who were observing calmly every single I had made.
