だって、公文章を、ブロックチェーンシステムに投入しなければ、ブロックチェーンのウリである「第三者承認/監視プロセス」は1mmも動きませんよね？
Because, unless public sentences are submitted to the block chain system, the "Third Party Approval / Monitoring Process" which is the block chain's effect will not work at all.
とすれば、(1)そのシステムに文章を投入しなくなるだけ、(2)そのプロセスに入れる前のアナログ(手書き)の手続が増えるだけ、だと思うんですよ。
Then, I think that (1) nobody will not submit the document to the system, (2) Analog (handwritten) procedures before using the system will increase.
もちろん、ブロックチェーンは、文章を開示しなくても(暗号文のままで)、同一性を担保できるというメリットがある(あるんですよね？)、秘密保持の点では望ましいと思いますが、もし、上記の機能だけを求めるのであれば、既存の「デジタル認証」で十分です。
