私は、パワハラというのは、「シュレディンガーの猫」という概念で捉えるしかない

と思っています。
正直に言えば、「シュレディンガーの猫」でも足りない。

説明すると長くなるので割愛しますが、「シュレディンガーの猫」とは、簡単に言えば「箱の中の猫が死んでいるかどうかは、箱を開けるまでは分からない」というものです。
I omit it because it will be long to explain, "Schledinger's cat" is simply that "whether a cat in the box is dead is unknown until opening the box".
つまり、毒ガス(加害者)も、猫(被害者)も、外部から観測されない限り、認定されないということです。

しかし、パワハラの本質は、「猫の生存」でもなく「猫の死亡」でもなく、「猫の半殺し」状態であることです。

つまり、「半分生きていて、半分死んでいる」というファジィ状態も認定対象として観測されなければ、パワハラは認定できない ――
