私は、今から6年前に、この「出産させないシステムが完成した日本」を寄稿しました。

Six years ago, I contributed this "Japan that a system to prevent giving birth is completed".

しかも、6年前でさえ、これの「実際の発言」を、「証拠」として見つけ出すことはできませんでした。

And even six years ago, I could not find out this "actual statement" as "the evidence".

まさか、それを今の今になって、こんな完璧な形で得られるとは思いませんでした。

I am really surprised that I could get it in such perfect form now.

■「パソコンを打ったことがない人」が、我が国のサイバーセキュリティを担当する大臣である、ということに、最大級の不安を覚えます。

I am worried about the greatest concern that "a person who has never used a personal computer" is the minister responsible for cyber security in our country.

■もし、『英語の勉強なんか、やってられるか!』叫ぶ子どもたちに対して、私たち大人は、語るべき言葉がありません。

For children who scream "I can not study English anymore!", our adults have no words to talk about.

■ここ一年間ほどの大臣の失言の発生間隔(×失言の内容)を調べてみますと、妙な既視感を覚えるのです。

When I checked the interval of the minister's slip of the tongue(×content) for about a year, I notied a strange sense of sight.

でも、私は一度だって、「国会議員を辞めるべきだ」とは言いませんでした。

However, I did not say, "he should resign from the Diet."

むしろ、可能な限り、擁護し続けてきたとさえ思っています。

Rather, I even think that I have continued to defend as much as possible.

私は、国会議員とは

■『少子化社会を前提とした、新時代の社会システムのデザインをする』という、

I think that the Diet members should think about "designing a social system for a new age based on a declining birthrate society",

■恐しく難しい課題を解決する為の、高度な知性と知能、そして、猛烈な勉強が必要とされている、

based on a high level of intelligence and intense study to solve very difficult tasks.

■非常に過酷で、割の合わない職業である

と信じています。

To tell you the truth, I believe that Diet members are extremely harsh and professional occupations.

ですから、―― 確信を持って言いますが ―― これらの知性や知能を具備して、日々一生懸命勉強している人であれば、上記の発言が出てくる訳がありません。

If he is studying very hard every day with these intellects, he never say the above remarks to appear.

はっきり申し上げて、呆れるばかりの「無勉強」("不勉強"ですらない)です。

To be clear, he is a longing "lazy" (it is not lack of lack of application).

私も疲れました。

我が国の国益の観点から、衷心からの具申を申し上げたいと思います。
