「オープニング(公開)によって痛みを伴わせれば、何でも成功する」というのは、少々乱暴な結論だと思います。
I think that it is a rough story that everything is going well if you open your information.
それに、「公開が不利益に働く」ということだってあると思います。
I also think the case of "opening goes ill with you" is usual.
例えば、結婚活動、就職活動の失敗体験などは、不利益の方が大きいと思います。

「痛み」が大き過ぎる上に、人生にかかわる個人情報の流出になるからです。

Of course, those information are useful for others, but we don't have to care of it.
私達の「公開」の目的は、自分を幸せにすることです。他のことはどうでも良いのです。

つまり、私達は「成功が確定」した時に、初めて「(それまでの私達の)失敗は肯定」される訳です。
That means, our sequential failures are affirmed when our successes are just decided.
そして、このような「失敗プロセスを含めた成功ストーリー」は、(私にとって)もっとも不愉快な形で、世の中に具現化します。
Finally this "success story including failure process" will be realized with being unpleasant for me.
