やられました。

Twitterのアカウントを乗っ取られて、私になりすました悪意の第三者による、メッセージ(悪質サイトのURL付き)が流されました。

悔しい。

昨日、アカウントを乗っ取られた人からのメールを受けとっており、「奇妙な感じ」はしており、家族には警告を発していました。(バレンタインデーのチョコレート作りで、相手にもされませんでしたが)。

この私が刺されるとは、思いませんでした。

今迄のパスワードは確かに弱くて、破られる可能性は高かったもの、「Twitterなんぞを破ってどうする」という、認識の甘さが敗因でした。

Twitterパスワードから推測可能なパスワードを全部変更し、特に「金銭」に絡む、オークションサイトやAmazonなども含め、全てのパスワードを変更し、これまでデフォルトで使っていたパスワードは、全部廃棄しました。

ちなみに私の使っている最長のパスワードは、約30文字なのですが、システムの方が、この長さのパスワードを受けつけてくれないのですよね。

「最大12文字」とか書かれていると、「お前は、私の安全をどう考えているんだ」と、システムに説教したくなります(今日のところは)。

日本のシステムなら、パスワードに漢字を入力できるようにして、百人一首の上下句全部入れられるくらいのセキュリティシステムにして欲しいですよね。

今回の「なりすまし」ですが、「攻撃」によるものであれば良いのですが、あるサイトから盗み出されたものだとすると、かなりゆゆしき問題です。

まさか、サーバが平文でパスワードを管理していたということはないと信じますが、もしそんなことが明らかになれば、ちょっとしたスキャンダルです。

朝日新聞の、「『ソースコードという名の』遠隔操作ウィルスが見つかり」などという記事を、笑っていられるようなレベルではありません。

昨日からの「奇妙になった感じ」から、攻撃の対象となったサイトに一つ心あたりがあるのですが、もし、そこが破られていたとすれば、私の経歴はすでに丸裸です。

まあ、私の経歴なんぞは、どーでもいいんですが。幸いなことに、今のところ、前科もないし、留置所に泊めて貰ったこともない。ただ住所や電話番号が盗まれていると、困る。

それよりなにより、もし、私が推定しているサイトが破られているとしたら、相当に、ちょっとシャレにならない事態です。ある意味、国家的な非常事態です。

しかし、まだ、発表はありません。私の思い過しだと良いのですが。

昨日、嫁さんが「『中国のヨメ。』はどこにある？」と尋ねてきました。

先ず、自宅から受験校までの交通機関のルートを蛍光ペンで記載し、暫定的にメインルートを決めてから、ランダムに地図上で人身事故を発生させてみました。

Firstly, I traced routes of transportation from the home to an examination school with a highlighter. After I decided a main route temporally, I tried to simulate some accidents resulting in injury or death, on the map.

さすがに、同時刻に2つ以上の人身事故が発生するケースについては、確率が低いものとて棄却しました。戦略が立たないからです。

I discarded the case of more than two accident simultaneously because of the low probability. I could not make a strategy.

問題は、事故発生から、正確な情報を入手するまでの時間です。初動の判断を誤れば、代替ルートを使った時間以内の到着が望めないからです。

The problem was a time lag from the accident to giving me the precise information. If I missed an initial action, I could not expect the arrival on time by the alternative route.

しかし、経験的に鉄道会社の事故発生直後の情報提供の精度は極めて悪く、かつ、その代替手段の情報提示も遅い。

However, empirically, I know that railroad companies cannot give us a precise report just after the accident, and they cannot open an alternative route immediately.

リアルタイム情報ソースとして頼りのなるのはTwitterとなりますが、今回の場合は時間帯が悪い。頼りになる若者が交通機関を使っているような時間ではないのです。

Though Twitter is good as a real-time information resource, it was not useful in this case because of the time of early morning. Youngers didn't use the smartphone in that time.

―― ダメだ。移動しながらの全体状況を判断は難しい

"No use. It is difficult for me to judge the whole situation, riding on trains"

交通機関の外から、第三者として状況を把握して判断する必要があると考えました。

I thought that I had to grape the whole situation from the outside as a third person.

さらに、仮に外部から観測できたとしても、スタックした状態の鉄道から脱出する為には、道路を使うしかない。

In addition, even if I could observe the situation from the outside, I had to use a car in order to escape from the accident.

普通に考えれば、タクシーだが、当然、受験生と保護者で殺到するだろうし、タクシーは出発時間も到着時間も読めないことを考えれば、さらに状況は悪い。

Generally speaking, the answer was using a taxi. But many examiner and the guardians came to pour to taxi stop. To begin with, the case became to worse, because I could not predict the time of both the departure and arrival.

今度は、自宅から受験校までの主要な道路を蛍光ペンで記載し、複数のルートを浮び上がらせてみました。

Secondly, I traced routes of main roads from the home to the examination school with a highlighter.

しかし、事故や事故渋滞を考えれば、鉄道の人身事故のリスクよりもさらに悪い。しかも、自動車を使用した場合、事故、パンク等が発生した場合に、代替の移動手段ない。

昨夜、初めてスーパー銭湯の床屋に入ってみました。

Last night, I went into a barber of super baths for the first time.

夜の22:20まで営業しているとかで、とても助かります。

It is very helpful for me that it is open until 22:20 at night.

私、タクシーでも、床屋でも、寝たフリなどして、会話をしないようにしているのですが、今日担当して頂いた方は、体躯の大きな70歳代の女性でした。

女性:「ああ、そういうことは、旦那が全部やってくるから大丈夫です。電気工事の仕事をしていて、パソコンで図面とか描いていますから」

Woman: "Well, that's fine because my husband do all. He is working on electrical work and drawing pictures on my computer".

江端:「では、電子メールが使えなくて、困るということはありませんか」

Ebata: "Then, have you had any trouble without e-mail? "

女性:「メールは、携帯電話でやっています。あのショートメッセージというんですか？ スマホではないのですけどね」

Woman: "I'm doing e-mail on my mobile phone, ""short message"？ But, I don't use a smartphone.

江端:「いやいや、それは立派に『使いこなしている』というんですよ」

Ebata: "No, no doubt it is "you are doing" wonderfully.

女性:「娘と連絡を取るためだけに使っています。私の娘、今、介護の仕事をやっていて、いつでも電話できる訳ではないから」

Woman: "I use it only to get in touch with my daughter. My daughter is doing a nursing care now, so I can not call you anytime. "

『市場の評価は・・・』というセリフをニュースで良く聞きます。

I often hear the line, "Market valuation is..." in the news.

しかし、最近の株価を見てみると、その『市場』と呼ばれる奴は、実際のところ『バカ』なんじゃないかと思うことがあります。

However, when I look at recent stock prices, I sometimes think that this so called "market" is actually "stupid".

実際に、不動産の適正価格を算出できず、我が国を20年も回復不能な不景気に貶めたのは『市場』という奴でした。

I don't know why guys like "market valuation" are used so often.

多分、世間の「空気」を数値で評価する方法が、それくらいしかないんだろうなぁ、と思っています。

I think that's probably the only way to evaluate the "atmosphere" of the world in numerical terms.

私は、前回の大統領選挙の時に『カリフォルニアとテキサスが独立するかも』てなことを書いて、予定通り、予測を外しましたが ――

I wrote something like "California and Texas may become independent" during the last presidential election, and as planned, I missed my prediction.

しかし、『議事堂襲撃を扇動する大統領』の登場で、方向性は、かなり当っていたと自負しております ―― もっとも私の予想の斜め上をいくものでしたが。

Google Mapのおかげで、最近は、世界地図も見やすくなりました。

2014年のロシアによるクリミア半島併合の記事を読みながら、地図を見ていたのですが、「なるほどなぁ」と思いました。

I was looking at a map while reading an article about Russia's annexation of the Crimean Peninsula in 2014, and I thought to myself, "I see".

クリミア半島は、黒海の中央より北側に位置しており、ここを抑えることで、ウクライナは当然として、黒海に面する、ルーマニア、ブルガリア、トルコ、ジョージアに睨みが効きます(実際に効いているようです)。

The Crimean peninsula is located north of the center of the Black Sea, and by controlling this peninsula, not only Ukraine, but also Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, and Georgia, which face the Black Sea, can be stared down (in fact, it seems to be working).

加えて、ロシアは、クリミア半島にあった、ウクライナの軍備をぶんどってしまったようですし。

In addition, Russia seems to have seized Ukraine's military equipment in the Crimea Peninsula.

一方、クライナがNATOに加盟すると、ロシアは緩衝エリアがなくなります。しかも、キエフとモスクワの距離も結構近いです(750km)。

Back to the story.

私は、「北方領土奪還計画」を論じられるような資質も能力もないし、ちゃんと勉強もしていないので、語るべきではないと思いますが ――

I don't think I should talk about the "Northern Territories Recapture Plan" because I don't have the qualifications or ability to discuss it, and I haven't studied it properly -- however,

これまで、日本側から仕掛けた戦争で、上手くクローズできた事例を、私は思い出すことができません。

I can't recall any case where a war initiated by Japan has been successfully closed.

私は、『他人に自分の人生論を垂れる奴が大嫌い』ということを言い続けてきましたので、基本的に、そういうことはしません。

I have always said, 'I hate people who hang their life theories on others,' so basically, I don't do that.

仮に、自分の目の前に「これから失敗することが確実な人間」がいても、助言しません。

というのが、私のスタンスです。

で、まあ、私自身、そういう風に、なんども"沈没"を続けてきましたが、それで良かったと思っています。

私には『失敗する権利がある』と思っているからです。

Because I believe that I have the 'right to fail.

自分の子どもであっても、同じスタンスです ―― もっとも、彼女らの生命と財産に関わることは、除きますが。

Even my own children, I take the same stance -- except when it comes to their lives and property.

という訳で、大抵の場合、私は娘たちに語るかけることはしませんが、娘たちの方から相談されることはあります(主に長女)。

So, for the most part, I don't talk to my daughters about it, but they do ask me for advice (mainly my seior daughter).

Ebata: "Don't worry. Just getting older will give you a 'multifaceted perspective' even if you leave it alone. After all, we all are living in vain.

長女:「今、すぐに、"そう"なりたい」

She: "Right now, I want to be 'so'."

江端:「それは、無理かなぁ。『若い』というのは、能力と関係なく『舐められる』運命にあるから」

Ebata: I don't know it is easy. Because 'young' is destined to be 'licked' regardless of ability.

長女:「能力は、評価されないの？」

She:"Isn't ability appreciated?"

江端:「能力って、評価が難しいんだよ ―― 例えば、私が20歳代にやってきた時『バカ、アホ』と言われたことを、今やると『流石は、江端さんですね。素晴しい』って言われるぞ」

Ebata: "Ability is difficult to evaluate. For example, when I was in my 20s, people said I was stupid or an idiot, but when I do it now, they say 'You are a brilliant person!"

江端:「という訳で、『他人の評価は、受け流す』で、いいと思うぞ」
