I told you that I am in charge of the safety and health committee recently.

After sending mail to colleagues in my research department "Do sweep seriously".

I happened to release this diary.

-----

Later, one of junior colleagues hesitantly came to my desk, started to bring up.

"Ebata-san. Do you angry with us about the sweeping?"

However I didn't understand what he said for a moment and my mind became a complete blank, I heard him and could get his intentions finally.

So that's the way. it's going to be, huh?

Certainly, it might be possible for him to understand it, if he associate the above mail and diary.

-----

I was rushing at the following mail to the department.

=========================

- There is no relationship between my diary and warning mail. Don't be scared of me more than needs.

- I SELDOM give you unfair demerit with taking advantage of official power, even if you skip sweeping.

=========================

After sending the mail, colleagues, especially youth, started sweeping with commandeer cleaners, however it might just be my imagination.

-----

"To begin with, if you make me angry, what impacts are in your future?"

"I am out of line, have no authority of HR and budgets. Why are you scared of me?"

"Ebata-san. You have a strange power infrastructure outside, that nobody could not get easily.

"Well? what is it?"

So that explains it.

Though I was aware of that, someone can look at me from the view.

I thought out it deeply,

-----

It is a strange power infrastructure, whose name is "abuse of literature".

(Continuation from yesterday)

I don't know why I had tried to leave a lot of materials, like specialized books and notebooks. I discard all without lingering regrets.

I found a laudable company to take over nostalgic PC(8bit PC, two sets) free shipping, and I sent them to the company.

The reason why I had tried to leave them is very simple. I believe that the things was valuable when I left them on the floor of the stockroom.

-----

Now, I work as "a moving committee" in a company, and, about "throwing it away", I am in time of positive feeling in the life.

"You can buy it again when you need it"

With just the above phrase, I purged my department stock as nearly 300 corrugated cardboard by this moving.

-----

In my heart of this time, I thought the emotions to a purge increased, like Stalin, Mao Zedong, and Pol Pot.

"Wrong?"

O.K. I see. It is different from the scale and objects.

While reading a book in the bath room of my family home, I found a description of Hokusai Katsushika (ukiyo-e of the late Edo period (Kasei culture)). and I have suddenly thought.

What would have happened in Edo of the city, if I put the "Moe picture" of the modern in those days.

"Yeah, maybe, nothing will happen."

I've concluded in the bath tub.

Beauty pictures which were drawn by the Hokusai, of course, was deformed. They were templates of beauty pictures in that era.

In case of the picture Moe, there are no human beings who has the same sharp of character of Moe picture(If you exist, it scary quite). They are templates of beauty pictures in this era.

So, people of the Edo era, they will say a comment calmly "Hmm, after 200 years, these pictures are popular"

When GW starts, I am watching "Three Kingdoms" in YouTube.

Watching the program, I have the acute feeling

"All authors who write a book, whose title "Company management learning from Three Kingdoms" are stupid.

Only people who can aim for the heavens have "overwhelming", military force, intelligence, or psychopath.

So, such people will definitely not read such as "book learning from Three Kingdoms".

They don't need to read it.

-----

There is nothing to learn from Three Kingdoms.

Even if I can learn from it,

A soldier who appears on the screen for about 2 seconds, being dying in a ball - It is me

That's about it.

I am watching TV news at my parents house.

Interviews at the plathome of the Shinkansen often are shown.

At the start of GW, there are many interviews of family father mainly.

"I am relaxing at my parents house"

At the end of GW, there are many children under 5 years old.

"I enjoyed collecting insects with my grandpa"

-----

"Should media report the truth a work ?"

I always wonder.

-----

The subject of the interview should be people called "housewife".

At the start of

"Every time GW comes, I am tired of" Hell starts at husband's parents home"

At the end of GW,

"I am thinking that "time stops and "bon holidays" should not come"

I think that the above should be broadcast normally.

-----

With those broadcasts, I think that someone comes to know

- there is a husband who is not noticed at all in his wife's real intention.

- The existence of grandparents is a huge pressure to the young generation,

- Relationship "Relatives" is extremely annoying to exist,

- large consecutive holidays, after all, lose personal diversity, and interferes with 'Work way reform'

I told you about the task of installing "Winter Sonata" in "FIRE 7" (Anyway, I did).

Well, the installation is going, while trying and erroring how to convert to mp4 format file, and process to burn subtitles.

----

However, there was a person who obstructed this work --- who is my wife.

I passed "FIRE 7" to my wife in order to be taught the operation.

However, against practicing the operation of "FIRE 7", my wife watched "Winter Sonata" with "FIRE 7" on the knee. It was like a stone that is solid on the sofa.

-----

"Winter Sonata" is really amazing.

I was surprised again.

Wikipediaには、

In Wikipedia,

"It was broadcasted in Japan from 2003 to 2004, causing a big boom called" Winter Sona phenomenon ", which triggered the recognition of Korean drama in Japan"

It was stated that.

Indeed, I thought that the content was an enthusiasm for many people (especially women) in our country (in addition, I have not watched them yet).

-----

The work to convert three types of files from this one DVD "Winter Sonata" takes only 2 hours and 15 minutes in simple time.

Now, in front of me, there are 10 mountains, including the "Winter Sonata" and "Quartet" DVDs.

22 hours 30 minutes will start from now

(Although most are waiting time).

Before, I wrote a diary whose title was

However, according to the provisions, it seems that maid cafes and bar bars at midnight can be "requested" but not "prohibited"

Unfortunately, this problem is now becoming apparent at “pachinko parlors”.

In particular,

(1) For pachinko stores that are at high risk of infection with new corona infections,

(2) As a sanction, the local government will "publish the store name",

(3) As a result, those pachinko parlors are flooded with customers from afar.

The negative chain happens.

-----

As mentioned in the previous diary, there is no penal provision in the Enforcement Ordinance for the Special Measures Law for Countermeasures against New Influenza, etc., even when "self-restraint "request" changed to self-restraint "instruction".

At least this law doesn't stop the operation of pachinko parlors.

If so, it seems that it will be handled by a "matching technique" with another law.

After a quick survey, I think it will be a countermeasure of local governments, "Disadvantageous Disposition" in Article 2.4 in the “Administrative Procedures Act”,

This is so-called “business suspension”.

However, the pachinko parlor's business license seems to be at the police station that has jurisdiction over the store location.

In addition, there is no precedent for the suspension of operations in this case, so there is absolutely no need to consider legal interpretations (of course, not).

If you think so, you can think of abuse of administrative power ---- People's will aside.

-----

Local government: “Business suspension”

Pachinko parlors: "Request for significance based on the Administrative Appeal Law" (I don't know if there is an immediate appeal in the Administrative Law)

Local government: "Rejection of significance claim"

Pachinko parlors: "Petition for provisional disposition of administrative order against the court"

Then,

"Mudification" will be confirmed.

I am a "fast" writer in English. I think I'm one of the 1,000 fastest writers in Japan.

The reason why it's "fast" is because I ignore everything about English from the beginning.

For more details, you can read about it here.

Aside from that.

-----

Lately, I've been forced to write English where such "bullshit English = Ebata English = Evangelish" doesn't work, and I've been forced to look up ("not study") the rules in that world.

I went to a huge bookstore 20 minutes away by car.

So I bought the following book.

I thought it was kind of a "catchy" headline, but after reading the first 20 pages, I decided to buy it.

I liked the phrase, "No matter how much content there is, speed is essential.

There are a lot of people in this world who think there is value in 'rewriting' reports, patent specifications, papers, etc., over and over again, which is quite stressful for me.

Because my policy is, "once I've completed 80% of a work, it's more fun to get on with the next work"

"We have no choice but to read it." "Tasteless and straight to the point"? -- That's exactly.

In other words, I can feel the sense of crisis of the engineers in the development field, 'If you write lazy sentences, (rockets and spaceships will explode, and) your fellows will die,' which is very good.

-----

I've just finished reading about 1/3 of the text and I thought this book is very good.

In particular, the short "bad" and "good" examples, which are no more than one or two lines, are listed in contrast to each other. It is also good.

Also, the explanations are clear, make sense, and are easy to read.

-----

However, I still find English, according to the rules, to be tedious and difficult.

Even if my English is inaccurate and does not concern human life, 'just stringing words together and ignoring the rules' will suffice for me.

It's a million times better than the "English I'll never use" -- and I actually use that "Evangelish" in my work.

This documentary chronicles the 16 months of preparation leading up to the coronation event, with comments from Queen Elizabeth II and others involved at the time.

I love these behind-the-scenes stories of events and enjoyed watching them.

My senior daughter said, "I wonder how much the queen will be paid for this".

I replied, "I don't think Her Majesty the Queen is getting paid."

Senior Daughter: "Why, in the UK, can they make these programs?"

Ebata: "Perhaps, well, in a good way or a bad way, the British imperial family is certainly 'open' to the public."

Even after the divorce, it is hard to imagine the paparazzi chasing the former Crown Princess to death in a car accident in the Japanese Imperial Family.

-----

Ebata: "Personally, I'd like to watch a documentary recording the Emperor's accession to the throne, even if it's 10 years later."

On the other hand, the wife said.

"I don't want to watch that."

Well, I thought that the "degree of opening and closing" of the Imperial Family is not only the judgment of the Imperial Family and the Imperial Household Agency, but also our public awareness might be a major parameter.

The scary thing about coding is that the correlation between "results" and "effort or time" is very small.

For example, it is possible to create a program of about 200 lines in 30 minutes, or to be "stuck" for 10 hours to a week on a program of two lines.

"I'll finish the JSON parser in three hours"

It was only this time yesterday that I started to do it.

I kept searching the net for sample code for a program to parse an array type format without tags. And now 24 hours (including naps) have passed while dealing with dozens of errors.

I am completely "stuck".

"Oh, God, no"

Reluctantly, I was prepared to post my question on a question site.

I wish I could post sooner rather than get into this, but of course, in order to post, I have to describe the situation in exact detail -- it's a hassle. Besides, I don't know if I'll get an answer.

When I write a short program for that purpose, somehow the program "works" correctly.

'No, no, no, I tried this code several times last night, didn't I?' I think, but it's working, so I can't help it.

-----

The program is only justified by the things that work.

A program that does not work, no matter how beautiful, readable, or grammatically correct the code may be -- it is all "garbage".

Codig is a world where "effort and time" are not taken into consideration.

-----

Lately, my GW, summer vacation, and year-end vacations have been spent almost entirely in coding.

Because, I want to survive as an engineer.
