"You know I was a class officer and work for student-body activities during the period of compulsory education."

"Yes."

"And I have been angry with what I had been in such rolls"

"I was enforced to manage such troubled children, for example, behaving violently and isolated from others, from the home room teachers"

"How?"

The teachers enforced me to add the problem children in my groups of excursion, theatrical play, and athletic festival.

"And?"

"It went worse absolutely from the beginning, because the problem children were not suitable for events. I didn't forget that my theatrical performance with considerable feeling for me was ruined perfectly by their terrible abilities.

"Papa, calm down."

"These were the teacher’s tasks weren't these? They should have tried to resolve the problems for their life? Why I had to have a rough time of them?”

"In short, I was commissioned a leader of the class and conveniently played for an assistant of the teachers. They abused my ignorance of child. They were really cowardice. Why I could resolve the problems that the teachers threw in.

"So, I never forgive them at all for life. All teachers who run away from any kind of problems in class are my enemies.

"I want photographs of Maid-san"

です。

Some people might say,

"Ebata has crossed the Rubicon"

But it is not correct.

Strictly speaking, I want to some specified poses of Maid-san.

"You are a perfect pervert"

But it is not correct either.

I absolutely need at least three poses of Maid-san's photo, in order to make a concept illustration of "Factory Automation System"

Leaving home this morning, I told my wife the above story.

She said,

"You looks getting unwanted burden all the way"

But I cannot afford to discuss this issue with her, because of the deadline of this illustration (and manuscript).

"I have an idea. I am going to buy three Maid costumes, and you and daughters wear them and make poses I order, and take pictures....."

On my way,

My wife went away to the garden to hang outside to dry.

For example, I am wondering why the the government and power company didn't criticise, rebuttal and, and, ridicule to my column of the simulation result of my this "power surplus era".

If they have to deal with an engineer, who can read the "numbers", know the deception of the "Statistics", and analyse the "prediction" algorithm to some extent, If there is a source code, like me,

they are going to think absolutely,

"terribly annoying"

I think it is natural for them.

Well, it aside.

In this case, I knew a "counter-intuitive" fact, that means a diffusion number of columns by the SNS is, not necessarily be reflected in the PV.

You might feel strange, even I have a series of "numbers",

(Continuation from yesterday)

He begins to hit "Dorayaki(Dumpling)" now.

Anyway, I wonder if I'm eating up for dorayaki with "a bitterly expressive expression"?

He looks as though "eating" is also "penance".

Oh, while I am writing only two lines, he is fingering the smartphone (by the way, the seat where he is sitting is "priority seat") while eating the second "dorayaki",

Well, once I see the whole his figure, he is still fat. Is his weight over 120 kg ?

Even so, it might be awfully hard to move his body with his fat.

I remembered that the man who was climbing the hill of Gorgoda with the cross.

While writing above line, has cleaned up the second "Dorayaki" with only three mouths.

While watching the smartphone, he opened the seal for the third "Dorayaki" with one hand. It is superb. I feel a kind of "professional skill".

-----

However, as I saw that fresh cream and sweet bean paste in the Dorayaki eaten by him, I felt a little sick.

I also like sweets quite a lot, however, when I was watching his eating, it seems to be trifling.

While I said, now he starts to eat the fourth dorayaki.

As measured by my watch's stopwatch, the time it takes him to eat one dorayaki was about two minutes.

In his seat, now, two large bags of garbage are rolling.

Some garbage is scattered on the seat.

-----

Unfortunately, here I am off.

I will not encounter him again, however he lets me see good things.

To me, he was one of human being to embody happiness.

In yesterday's diary I wrote "Dark future for people who can not use PC".

For such a future prediction, some people try to argue in the story that "interactive AI should be needed...".

Of course I also expect "interactive AI".

"Google Home"

I think that "Google Home" etc. is a big step toward this future.

I am serializing the column of "AI's dark future", however I believe that future persons will read my column and make me laugh as "stupid pessimist" after ten and twenty years.

That is the most wonderful future.

-----

However, I think that there is a big lie in this "why, interactive AI ...".

Initially, AI technology is a mass of logic.

AI technology can not do anything for things or humans of "logic failure" (e.g extralogical complainer) that can not be logically matched.

I can understand the feeling "That is a significance of existence of AI isn't it ?"

But, in that case - you see, here is very important -

AI technologies must logically analyze the logic of that "logic failure"

As I have told you before, I love spicy dishes.

Recently, I want to have a spicy dish at my level, I collect spicy foodstuff and cook it by myself in my house.

When I find "green pepper (special hot with caution)" and I buy it in a happy vein, and put it into soba, lamen and curry.

Of course, I had no intention to give the dish to my family, however, they came to have it with complaining.

-----

Recently wife become in unusual condition.

She have the dish that I have to wipe off the sweat, easily with saying "spicy, but no problem"

And she complained to me that "I cannot feel empathy for "the spicy dish" with my friends"

How can they look down persons who are scrambling for hand masks ?

Currently, during the global outbreak of COVID-19 (the WHO has identified it as a "pandemic" today), many are seeking face masks to protect themselves.

The other day, I was surprised to see a long line in front of the drugstore.

-----

As I said the other day, I'm not worried about the lack of toilet paper.

But the lack of a face mask is a bit uneasy for me.

What I did not participate in this riot was that I had a serious hay fever, and my wife purchased a large amount of face masks in advance every year.

"In other words, just lucky"

COVID-19 has been observed to be a mysterious phenomenon that breaks the common sense of viral diseases.

In particular, when I heard the news of "a person who turned from a positive reaction to a negative reaction turned positive again", I was almost shocked to drop the dishes on the floor.

"COVID-19 ignores the basics of immunity so far"

The transition from a positive reaction to a negative reaction means "acquired immunity".

In other words, it has been grasped as a scientific symbol of Mito Komon, like "I will never be infected with the same virus for a lifetime."

-----

However, there are exceptions.

HIV virus. It has a troublesome property. This guy is always changing shape, and continues to escape attacks from immunity.

However, the spread rate of the HIV virus is terribly slow because the infection condition is limited to mucosal infection (SEX etc.) or blood transfusion etc.

However, the incubation period until onset is terribly long, from several years to 10 years. It has the property of spreading widespread without being noticed.

Today, I watched the first 15 minutes of the movie "Fukushima 50" on terrestrial TV, and went back to work (coding).

I've recorded a video and will watch it later.

By the way, I would like to recommend "NHK Special: 88 Hours of Nuclear Meltdown Crisis.

I think it wins about "accuracy of content".

-----

As it happened, I was vaguely reading my own blog from back then (10 years ago).

Ultraman is not coming.

Is it really "unexpected"?

Suspicious of SPEEDI

I reread them and concluded that 'no corrections are needed'.

By the way, I also wrote this.

What if the result of watching the movie "Fukushima 50" is the same as "13 Days"?

By the way, in the above blog, I'm referring to

"Countdown Meltdown"

is really good. Please read it -- it's probably more "scary" than the movie.

The following list are things that must be done before starting a war.

(1) Seize control of the legislature (Congress)

(2) Quantification and economic simulation of the robustness of a country's economy against foreign economic sanctions

(3) Legislative Measures to Strengthen Restrictions on Private Rights by the Supreme Authority under a Declaration of Emergency

(4) インターネット等の国内IPX(インタネットエクスチェンジ)の運用組織の掌握

(4) Seize control of domestic IPX (Internet Exchange) operating organizations such as Internet, etc.

(5) Prohibit the operation of social networking services, etc., and direct citizens to social networking services operated by their own government.

(6) Deportation of foreign media

(7) Infiltration of spies into dissident forces and academia and induction of intra-institutional conflict (internal conflict)

(8) Distribute safe nuclear power plant attack procedures and thoroughly educate field commanders on nuclear power plant mechanisms.

(9) Develop (pre-)scenarios for legislation on nationalization of foreign companies

(10) Completion of the preparation of fabricated evidence, including allegations of the development of nuclear missiles by the enemy and of germ experiments using human bodies, "before" the outbreak of war, and disclosure to the foreign media at a time that does not give time to verify the evidence.

-----

I am amazed at the number of hands this has appeared in the daily news.

I am sure that there will still be more news of 'what should have been done before starting the war' to come.

I realized that if we are going to start a war, we need to prepare carefully for the worst-case scenario.

-----

Incidentally, during the Pacific War, Japan was also subjected to economic sanctions from around the world, while its government responded in the same way as described above.

In other words, in the last 100 years or so, the paradigm of war has "changed little".

-----

Still, I am amazed at how our country was able to continue the war during the four years of the Pacific War while being subjected to economic sanctions from all over the world.

(No, to be precise, it was because of economic sanctions that they expanded (invaded) southward in search of energy resources.)

At any rate, I notices that the current Russian (presidential) mindset is surprisingly similar to that of the Japanese (politicians and military) mindset before and during the Pacific War.

In fact, it is not surprising that they are similar, since almost 100% of the purpose of war is to "attack (neutralize or demilitarize) a neighboring country" for the reason of "guaranteeing one's own right to exist".

I am more sensitive than most people to words like "burden of proof".

Because I am truly offended by the fact that "anyone who criticizes my column says what they like without even breaking a sweat.

Anyone who wants to reject my argument has an obligation to construct a counterargument with the same level of effort as I do -- this is the burden of proof.

This burden of proof principle is too harsh on the side of victims of sexual crimes, for example.

Nevertheless, I believe that the principle of burden of proof is absolute.

-----

Recently, there seems to be a dispute between Sanae Takaichi, Minister of Economic Security Affairs, and Hiroyuki Konishi, a member of the House of Councilors of the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan, regarding this "burden of proof".

At first, I thought that the administrative documents of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications were like the minutes of a meeting in a company.

In the company where I work, the minutes are checked by all parties involved after they are prepared.

We don't want anyone to say later, 'That's not true.

However, following up on this case, it appears that the process for creating "administrative documents of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications" is apparently a different process than that of these "minutes".

That is why I am seriously confused as to 'which side has the burden of proof' in this case.

If anyone knows any columns or other articles that interpret this case completely without subjectivity (emotions, etc.) and only with legal theory, please introduce them to us.

-----

For me, the materials released by the government must assume 'absolute objectivity' or I will be in trouble.

("Administrative text" may be different from "official text". Please let us know about this area too)

When I write my columns, I rely on reports published by the administration for quite a few parts.

If the credibility of this official document is shaken, my column's credibility will be in tatters as a result of the collateral damage.

Recently, farewell and welcome parties have been planned.

Recently, I have been having trouble using the excuse of 'corona disaster.'

However, quite a few people around me (at home and work) are literally 'rolling over and suffering' from coronas and flu.

With this in mind, I would like to limit my participation in "drinking parties" to remote environments only.

-----

However, the organizer of a drinking party tells me, 'Make your attendance flag clear.

In no small part, I know what it is like because I, too, have been asked to be the organizer of such an event,

"I would like to attend, but I would like to be absent."

The subtle subtleties of the heart are not taken into account.

Is it impossible if it would be possible to interpret "not replying" as meaning "regrettably absent.

-----

Considering how often I have felt angry by idiots who attend or miss a meeting at the last minute. Therefore, I can support the instruction to "clarify your attendance."

However, from now on, I strongly hope that you will resolve this issue by adding, "Those who have not responded will be confirmed as absent as of midnight today. We hope this will be determined by adding, "If you have not responded, please refrain from making any further changes.

Well, I am aware that I am being very selfish.
