"Falling birthrate" is not really a joke now.

I have studied the problem of "falling birthrate" for half a year, from the viewpoint of an engineer.

=================

=================

=================

In the plenary session of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly, when a woman legislator had a general question about the support system of capital over the pregnancy and childbirth of women, the opposition hooted and jeered at her, "Marry soon", "No child you have" as a man's voice

=================

I think the accident give us a great "hope".

"Even in such morons, can become members of the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly."

When persons, who are hard to work at ordinal companies, they seems to become "members of Tokyo sharpener".

This is a happy situation in age of this difficult job isn't this?

-----

I try to explain the reasons regardless of "moral" "vulgarity" and "hurt" from the humanitarian or personality.

(1)According to "falling birthrate" problem, anyone could understand the seriousness if they read just a few books about the problem. If they calculate "falling birthrate" by a calculator, it is perfect.

In a nutshell, the person who had hooted and jeered, is really morons, because he didn't study such easy issues.

"Hisses and boos" is only allowed by Article 51 of the Constitution of Japan. Because a member of the Assembly should have a right to pursue the truth

In this case, however, there was not cause at all.

(3)However "declining birthrate" "aging" and "non-marriage's" problems are really in the state of emergency in Japan,

This person who could say "Marry as soon as possible", "No child you have, don't you?", has no common sense

-----

However, this accident also gave me new tips of columns.

I think that certain numbers should exists in Japan, who is morons, no cause and no common sense.

I am going to calculate as soon as possible, that "could I estimate of the above population in Japan?"

According to my column that was released yesterday,

I am very glad that I could find the comment "I want to translate this column into English and broadcast it in the world".

I think that your question "Ebata, why don't you translate them into English?" is natural.

Maybe I can do it, in fairly less time.

Because I translate them on my way, based on my original rules.

In that era, we could confirm "positive will" of communication just by that the communication link was established (channel established and telegram switched).

We didn't have to care of "correct grammar", "word order", "preposition", and "cool phrases". We could call an intention of "link to each other" as "communication".

"If the mini car looks like a second car, it's fine,"

Ebata:"Well, she told that she is not fit to be seen"

Wife: "Yeah, I think it's a psychological resistance to show their bad economic situation."

From this, it is clear that possession of a car is one tool to show off the status of the house.

Recently, I feel the two big streams of (1)telecommunicating based on remote-working, (2)Previous work style before Corona disease.

Remote-working is excellent to realizes the amazing shortage time of commute and moving offices.

I, myself realize the power of remote-working, using (or bein used) Microsoft Teams.

On the other hand, for food, hospitality and retail, needless to say, for production except for IT, they cannot do remote-working.

Thus, each company has each work-form and background, so, it is natural.

-----

What I am concern, is

(1)There might be companies, that cannot use remote-working well because of luck of IT skills

(2)Training newcomers may be difficult for some companies.

According to the above (1), it has been picked up before, so I skip it, however, I don't know about the (2).

I think that the younger generation that can use SNS easily, has a big advantage as education recipients.

The hypothesis from the above, is

It is a mentor who thins "training newcomers may be difficult"

I think that.

On the other hand, I heard that "the turnover rate of newcomers is high these day", so it might be a problem of newcomers.

-----

Today was a office work day once a week, so I had gomoku yakisoba noodles at a Chinese restaurant in front of the station.

It was amazing.

I realize that I don't have to choose "Gyouza no Ousho" and "Hidakaya" easily, and I have to research some restaurant before.

-----

I was surprised that more then twenty young workers gathered and made a tremendous bustle in the Chinese restaurant.

The bustling reminded me the haiku line,

"The sound of cicadas soaking into the quietness and rock"

in the Chinese restaurant. That was a rare experience.

I realize that this was realistic and reinforces the hypothesis that "the problem is on the newcomer's side."

I have been struggling with the system for over 10 hours since 1:00 p.m. today in search of information to build a video system.

I have just gotten the system up and running based on just two lines of information written in Chinese.

(Incidentally, the Chinese were deciphered by a translation engine)

This is the case after using various tools in addition to ChaGPT.

"How much could I have done with 10 hours?" If you think like that, you will 'lose' this field.

-----

Systems and programming are fun, but the more specialized and specific they become, the more and more time they consume.

It makes me wonder how it would be cost-effective.

I don't know what price we can put on "finding just two lines of information written in Chinese."

-----

For our country, digitization and programmed education are the inevitable paths.

My number card, which has been causing many problems, seems to me to be an inevitable "bug out" period during the initial operation of the system.

Of course, the government and vendors must offer sincere apologies and reasonable compensation to those affected. Still, there will be no choice but to shut down the MyNumber card system altogether.

After all, it is a fact that "My Number Card = National Surveillance System."

But now its disadvantages are only as heavy as 'unrealized gains.'

I seriously believe that if we continue with the slow and tedious manual processing of work as we have done up to now, the declining birthrate and aging population will drag our country down, and our administrative processes will be brought back to the level of the Meiji Restoration.

Incidentally, our country is completed as a Big Brother surveillance society. It is too late to be jittery now.

On the contrary, I have collaborated on Big Brother's side -- as the so-called "dogs of power."

Through digitization and programmed education, I believe that

"digitization and programming education will move many people who complain about system failures to the side of those who are complained about system failures."

When I think of the hellish picture of so many people being put into the world of "10 hours of work and only two lines of renovation" and screaming,

That makes me happy with all my heart.
