In order to make a same phenomenon in a computer, I have to embed bare minimum of parameter in the simulation. If not, the simulator doesn't start to work well, or put nonsensical values out.

The other day I talked about the importance and difficulty of passwords. However passwords can also interfere with your work.

I do not know the password, so I have to abandon or disposal the contents(e.g. data)of the research development system of the predecessor.

If this "predecessor" is another person, I can give up, but if the "predecessor" is "old myself", I'm really crying at that time.

If this happens, I have no choice but to give up with saying "I'll give up my previous research results, so I only need to be able to use my research assets."

-----

In the case of IT research, in most cases, there are many cases where the contents of the hard disk can not be retrieved.

In such a case, "format a hard disk" will make the hard disk reuse.

However, recent hard disk passwords have made it impossible to even format the hard disk.

In fact, I tried using various software and dedicated devices, but I was unable to initialize the hard disk by those methods.

This is quite disappointing as an engineer.

I am going to think that "I will format the hard disk at any cost"

At this kind of battle, even if I win, I will lose totally.

The cost (especially time) is not reasonable at all.

After all, I purchased a hard disk from Amazon.

In addition to the amount on the hard disk, we must not fight for goods that have a fixed delivery date for the “next day delivery”.

If I look at marriage ads, I see a lot of talk about "conscious men" and "women who want to be high-income men".

Well, I'm sure there are some people who do, but I think it's a small number.

From what I've seen in my life, the overwhelming majority of people are of the "manageable" variety.

But I had an intuitive "personality and interface of unsuitability for marriage" inside me that I felt throughout my body.

It's hard to be specific. However, there was a "distrust of myself that drifted from the whole thing for examples, "off topic", "different kind of empathetic poit", and "ideals divorced from reality".

Apparently, that was not only my subjective view, but also my objective view.

Here's the case that they even organized a camp to discourage me from getting married.

With that in mind, it may be said that my marriage activity started at the age of 15.

So far, I have been saying that "programming is not difficult. At least it's easier than English".

Until now, my wife has been saying that "English is not easy, but at least it is better than programming".

-----

My senior daughter recently had to volunteer to do some web design, and has come to say,

"I don't know anything about programming, but web design is easy."

In a similar story, a president of a company who'd never touched a computer before, reluctantly started using a remote conferencing system. He/She has come to say,

Conclusion:

(1) One day, people will suddenly say that what they can do is easy, and

(2) Assume that "others should be able to do it too" and start forcing others to do it.

After national election, I always check the voting count of each candidate in my election area.

Now I am checking about Tokyo election area.

This time, the lowest ranked candidate seemed to get 1913 votes.

If I were running for office, the vote could would probably not even reach double digits. So I think they can boast about their results.

-----

However, the deposit of three million yen for the Upper House(e.g. Tokyo area) has naturally be confiscated.

The refund condition is to get vote numbers more than the total number of valid votes, divided by the number of seats available, and divided by 8.

In this case, the valid votes was 6,477,702, so dividing by 6, and by 8, the number of votes cast was 134,952.

This time, in the Tokyo electoral district, there are 24 people who will forfeit 3 million yen (68% of the candidates).

I heard that the cost for one candidate is almost 400,000,000 yen in the Upper House election, so It is clear that the forfeiture of this deposit is not to recover expenses, but to "prevent abuse of candidacy (suffrage).

300,000 yen would not prevent abuse, and with 30 million yen, the candidates would be only the wealthy.

This 3 million yen is a very sensitive price.

-----

You might think that "why do they throw their money into the trash?", however, let think it again This is very cost-performance choice.

They can be on TV(broadcasting of political views) and get a space of election gazette(that might be more than a few million yen, on news paper).

They can speak what they want to say on the TV, and write what they want to write on the gazette.

If they were not to use this election system, they might not realize that on their life.

I don't know how much a business person spend money for drinking party for their life, however, if they can get a chance to broadcast their policies to people in district, the 3 million yen might be extremely cheap.

It is a win-win choice for both a boss and subordinates rather than telling "old brave story" harassments at drinking party and be hated by them.

-----

Let me think it again.

Why not make your boss run for office, with tales of "old brave story" harassment ?

Your boss can "old brave story" to the masses, compared to a drinking party.

The subordinates can sneer at their bosses for losing the election so miserably, It is a win-win.

There is no problem legal problem, if your boss is not a government employee.

-----

However, you might have a risk to be forced to volunteer for election. In the case, the "win-win" will be destroyed easily.

The conference venue will typically offer beverages and snacks in the lobby during the "Coffee Break at Foyer."

Whether or not these drinks and foods are allowed to be brought into the lecture hall is on a case-by-case basis, but if they are not explicitly marked as "prohibited," they are permitted within the bounds of common sense.

Nevertheless, it is good manners to keep them to a thirst-quenching or bite-snack tossed between other people's lectures.

-----

There was a revolutionary incident at this year's conference site.

The drinking water offered included "beer."

Of course, the usual beer is supposed to be consumed after all the sessions are over and during the friendliness of the speakers and audience members, so it should not be available until all the lectures for the day have been completed.

The problem is that "non-alcoholic beer" was added to this list at the conference.

This annoyed me greatly.

The appearance of non-alcoholic beer is the same as that of regular beer (although I keep saying 'change it').

Therefore, bringing it into the presentation venue seemed undesirable, even if it was a non-alcoholic beer.

But at the same time, I might argue that

"Non-alcoholic beer is nothing more than 'carbonated barley tea'"

Well, we can do it.

(Definitely not a "carbonated barley tea," but as close to beer as possible.)

-----

The measures I took this time was

"Pour the non-alcoholic beer into a plastic container and toss the can into your carry-on."

This should be handled the same as carbonated beverages such as "Coke" and "Sprite" -- This will be.

-----

I am not a fan of sweetened carbonated beverages, and that being said, I do not enjoy just plain sparkling water.

In comparison, non-alcoholic beer is a truly delicious drink.

I commend the organizers of this conference for their wisdom in adding non-alcoholic beer to the "Coffee Break at Foyer."

-----

However,

"I was a little sad that there was not a single non-alcoholic beer at the banquet."

I forgot to write it on the survey sheet I submitted on the last day, so I am adding it here.
