私の日記を読んでいる方で、インタビューに応じて頂けるお医者さん、看護士さんはいらっしゃいませんでしょうか？

産婦人科のお医者さん、または看護士さんにインタビュー(今度は、アンケートではなくて、インタビューです)がしたいです。目的は、生殖医療の一般的な技術(×先端技術)について教えて欲しいのです。

質問のサンプルをいくつか挙げさせて頂きますと

■なぜ、ある年齢を越えると、恐るべき比率で出産率が低下していくのか(ARTも含み)

■なぜ、代理母の子宮は他人の胚(受精卵)の拒絶反応を起こしにくいのか

という、テクニカルな質問が主でして、倫理とか心理とかは、サブに控えさせて頂く、というインタビューイメージになると考えております。

「江端さんをひたすら讃える為だけの飲み会」というイベントが、複数の後輩研究員から提唱されて、すでに半年が経過しました。

別に気にしていませんが。

特許発明は、基本的に技術に関するものです。

Patented innovation is basically the innovation of technology.

意外に知られていないことなのですが、特許法の解釈において

ということになっています。

『理由はよう分からんけど、なんか上手く機能する』という技術に対しても、特許権は付与されます。

The technology like "though I don't know the function, it works well" is going to be patented.

低い成功率でも、一定の再現性が認められるのであれば、「特許性あり」と判断されます。

Even if the low possibilities, but the constant rate of repeatability is observed, Patent office in Japan allows the patent.

私は、この特許法の現実的な考え方が好きです。

I like the realistic thought of patent law.

これこそが、「技術的思想を保護する」ということだと思うのです。

I believe that this is that "to cover technical idea".

「全ての技術が論理的に説明可能でなければ、価値がない」なんてことは、絶対にないと思うのですよ。

"No explanation of technical functions, no value of the innovation." is absolutely nonsense, I think.

それはさておき。

And now, for something completely different.

Amazonで検索してみたところ「部分痩せ」を唄っている書籍は、756冊ありました。

When I checked the titles of book that include "segmented diet" from Amazon site, I could find that there are 756 books in Japan.

で、今回のコラムで、私は「『部分痩せ』は論理的に不可能である」と結論づけています。

This time, I concluded that "segmented diet is impossible logically" in my column of this month.

また、文中に、

And in the columns I wrote,

So I am strongly expecting that at lease one person of the 756 authors gives me a contact.

で、実際に、こういう概念の妄執に囚われた、国家の独裁者から、大麻中毒のフリータに至るまで、「価値のない人間」なる概念に該当する人を勝手に決めつけて、殺して回る訳ですよ。

そもそも、多くの人間にとって、ほとんどの人間には「価値がありません」―― というか「どうだっていい」。

多くの人間にとって、価値があるのは自分自身と、自分自身が生きていくために必要な、最小限の他人だけですよね。

For many human beings, people who are worth, are myself and minimum of the others need in order to survive myself.

そもそも、自分自身が「価値がある」と思うなら、「価値がある」で良いはずですし、

To begin with, if you think that "I am valuable", it is good at that.

さらに言えば、もし、あなたが自分自身に「価値がない」と確信していても

I often encounter the phrase "God does not give a challenge that we cannot overcome".

小説や、テレビドラマの中で、頻繁に登場しているようです。

It seems to appear frequently in novels and TV dramas.

このフレーズに『ふざけるな』って思っているのは、私だけでしょうか。

Am I an only person who think "screw you!" against the phrase ?

「そもそも神様なら、最初から試練なんぞ与えるな ―― 面倒くさい」

"In the first place, if you are a god, don't give any trials from the beginning. It is bothersome"

「試練を与えて訓練したなら、わざわざ殺すな ―― せっかくの試練が勿体ないだろう」

"If you give it a test and train it, don't killing us. There is no undeniable trial."

「試練が、天国に入門する為の入試であるなら、まず『天国』を開示して見せろ ―― モチベーションも上がって、いいことだらけじゃないか」

"If the trial is an entrance exam to enter heaven, first disclose heaven. Motivation goes up and it is full of good things?"

―― ということを、人類はずっと思い続けてきたハズで、生まれて一度も、そういうことを考えない人はいなかったハズです

I believe that human beings have been thinking it for a long time, and there was no one who never thought about it for the life.

この程度の発想に至らない人は、人間としての知性を問われると思います。

ともあれ、「信仰」には、これらの発想を越える「何か」があると考えるのが自然です。

ですが、そのような「何か」は、私の知る限り、一般に公開されていないようです。

そもそも、「神は乗り越えられない試練を与えない」の『乗り越えられない試練』って、一体何なのでしょうか。

システム保守や、システムリプレースは、期末に行われ、その起動は期の初日に行われることがあるからです。

どんなに事前にチェックしても、「テスト環境」と「運用環境」は違います。

私が大学生の頃、カルト教団批判を続けてきた人が『空気銃で狙撃された』という話を聞きました。

When I was a college student, I heard that someone who had been a critic of cults had been 'shot with an air gun.

と、危機感を持っています。

I have a sense of urgency.

しかし、仮にこのシステムで犯人が特定できても、私や家族が襲撃され殺傷されたら、それは『負け』です。

以前から申し上げている通り『テロは襲撃側が必ず勝つ』し、『自爆テロを防ぐ手段はない』からです。
